Oh my god. I don't normally leave reviews but I just ordered delivery from here and I had to. This is the best Thai food I've had in LA. Period. I got the Pad See Ew (See You Again, for sure), Basil Crispy Chicken Wings and Thai Iced Tea. SO GOOD. The Pad See Ew is so flavor packed. The beef and noodles are cooked to perfection, I LOVE the way the tofu is cooked. I am so picky about tofu, this is perfectly fried and sized, crispy on the outside and not dry on the inside. AMAZING. I LOVE LOVE LOVE vinegar chili and am soooooooo happy these came with the dish on the side, definitely ordering extra next time! The chicken wings are SO crispy and flavorful. Holy cow. Thai iced tea not too sweet or too milky, literally perfect. Compliments to the chef!!! I've tried every Thai place and had given up on finding anything that is worth ordering. I am SO glad I took a shot. I can finally order Thai weekly again :') ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! I can't wait to try everything on the menu. You can tell the chef cares about every dish that's prepared, high quality and not just thrown together. So happy!!!

Oh my goodness!! Everything was soo good and flavorful. I'm so glad I've found this place. The jalapeño sauce that came with the dumplings was amazing!!! The sauce on the shrimp was perfection. Seriously order now! Im going to order again today lol!

Okay... wait. The first bite. OMG. I ordered shrimp pad Thai and crab fried rice. The first bite... I knew. This place is a yes. Pad Thai, you squeeze that lime on to it... sprinkle the nuts around. Then enjoy. Tonite... I just wanted to see... took a bite right out of the bag and sweet Jesus in September... absolutely delicious. With no lime. OMG. And crab fried rice with that fried egg laid on top. First bite... I'm trying to tell you... it was delicious. I didn't even look for the crab... I was too busy tasting it. And it comes with a slightly spicy, very fresh chimmichurri type sauce. I'd never had that before. Delicious. Get this. Get both. Sooooo good. Thank you. Twice.

Sooooo delicious!!!! Milk and Tray have great customer services, they know their food items well and both are very nice, patient and helpful when it comes to ordering. I ordered the Drunken Noodles mild in spice with chicken and shrimp. My son and I ate it up. The chicken is thinly cut and the shrimp are jumbo and cook perfectly. The portion size is filling. You can't go wrong!! Thank you, yummmmm!

GREAT experience on first order 3/1!! Our order of $100 was prompt as stated on the order page! Shared this experience with at least 5 friends! BUT, today's experience was a TOTAL FAIL. Note: We always tip 10% on takeout orders to support small businesses. Today's 3/3 order of $105 was to be ready at 8pm per the order page. We waited 45 minutes - UNACCEPTABLE and POOR customer service not ready as stated - EGREGIOUS!! I could have cooked a steak dinner in the time my husband waited in a commercial kitchen for our order. ALSO forgot the glass noodle salad and the beef salad. What was an A experience on Friday, was an F today, an F. Unfortunate as the food is delicious.Called the kitchen and the person who answered could only inform me that there was one person cooking and it was not her fault, that I needed to inform the owner. I happen to speak Thai, I stated that their system should NOT indicate when the order was ready if they could not fulfill that commitment. The person informed me they could not change or update the pick up time.Only saving grace is that the food is truly delicious. Maybe one more chance for redemption.

Got take out from Palmsugar, just two dishes since it was the first time trying it - got chicken pad thai and vegan spicy basil fried rice. Both dishes were amazing, the basil fried rice was honestly 10/10 - had spice, excellent flavor, well cooked. The Pad Thai was also very good.Definitely would recommend and will likely try more of their food.Vegetarian options: They seem to be able to make most options vegetarian/vegan - the basil fried rice has the option for tofu, no fish sauce, no egg and at the bottom, an additional option to make it vegan - perhaps to ensure it would be. Flavor was still phenomenal, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have tried twice to order from this place. The food is good. It only a pick-up and delivery joint so no sit-down to confuse the service providers. The issue I have had is that they do not simply replace items on your order once you have ordered rhem and then they cancel the order later, after you have set your family up for food. Simply replace the order with something like or close. Or remove the items early so I can’t order it in the first place. Also they have a green vegetable dish that you are required to purchase other vegetables for for the extra cost of $2. Before they go to a larger set-up. They should probably address these issues. I won’t likely order. From them in the future. I was trying to support a local company “on the grind”, but decent service is necessary to establish a supportive clientele.

Poor food quality. Other restaurants servers bigger portions with in these prices. This kitchen was our go to restaurant but now they increased their prices and made the portions very small. Will not be going there again. The Thai Tom yum soup was not authentic and we only got 3 shrimps in the whole soup where they charges $4 extra fillers for it. Definitely not worth your money.
