This Panda has great services. I go out of my way to come here. They greeted you and always let me know the status of my order. Additionally they have the tofu and eggplant that most store don’t offered.

I went to get food here today at around 2:40pm and when I ordered the premium shrimp and beef, she didn’t give me a scoop of it rather selectively gave me like 7-8 beef pieces and 3 shrimps. How is this even applicable and appropriate because I have been coming here for months now and she just decides to selectively and arbitrarily give me a portion of food? If I am paying 13 dollars for a plate, I should get the right portion.

The manager was taking my order after me waiting patiently for almost 3 minutes, didn’t ask me my name did not look me at me He then walked off to do some cooking… At no point did he look at me and say so and so will finish your order. It probably took at least five minutes for me after giving my initial order to getting checked out. My food sat there for at least two minutes next to the cashier. A very unpleasant experience. Will never go back the food was absolutely Greasy orange chicken was all batter.. Never again.
