Well, I'm not really a frequent review giver, but I want to put this review on Google because this Panda Express location is one of the best locations, and It's the nearest to my home! I went there today and the guy with a black shirt was really nice to everybody and was working all around the store! ( I don't know if he was a manager) I love the friendly environment of the Panda Express every time I go to any. And, I might apply to work here next year as I wanna be working with good people, a fast-paced environment, and a smile on the face! And the eggplant tofu they have is awesome, I hope they get the vegan orange chicken option again, but overall, I had a really great experience with panda express!! ✌️
Vegetarian options: Eggplant tofu, chow-mein, fried rice, fresh green, and soda 😎
Kid-friendliness: Oh, I can tell one hundred percent they treat every customer, no matter what, with all respect and hospitality!!

clean fast and generally good, but their "orange" chicken is WAY too spicy--- like they threw a few ghost peppers... ouch. no orange flavor, just too hot to eat anymore.
ETA: Went again, and everyone in line was getting tiny portions. Like half of what they should be in other fast food Chinese restaurants. Seems like maybe they look at a person and think “you need to be on a diet, so you get less”. They also give Hispanic people larger portions.. by a LOT. While standing in a long line, you start noticing things. Guess it’s the neighborhood. It would take three or more portions to make the nutritional content their website says, four or more to approach a meal worth of protein. Don’t know if it’s corporate or management that’s cost cutting by shorting portions but they should remember there are other choices for Chinese food in the area.

There's a lady manager named Salina who has the worst customer service ever. She's one of those workers at Panda Express who for some sick reason gets off on giving small portions of food to the customers. She was very argumentative about her behavior, saying how that's the allowed amount. If that's true, how is it the other managers amounts are substantially more than her portions. She has a very bad attitude and was rude and like I said very argumentative. She has no concept of good customer experience and has no business being a manager. I visit this location quite often and I've never seen this lady before. I will never be back here again as long as she's there. Corporate please take notice of this rude employee. Your losing customers.
The new Panda Fried Rice is truly exceptional! It is the first time I have ever tried it. Unfortunately, the staff at this location lacks attention to customer service, so be prepared to receive steak instead of chicken or chow mein instead of fried rice. It seems they may even resort to simply handing over an empty box and charging you. It is imperative that management takes notice and addresses these issues promptly. This location has been experiencing a decline in quality for quite some time now.

I ordered a large Beijing beef from Doordash, instead of a large I've got a small box, when i called to talk to the manager ( Marisa or mariol ) she wasn't clear about her name .I told her I'm sick i couldn’t drive to pick up a correct one for my kids, she didn't even care and I never felt disrespected in my life, I told her you guys charged me for a large box but instead, I got a small one she didn’t care.
