I ordered a large Beijing beef from Doordash, instead of a large I've got a small box, when i called to talk to the manager ( Marisa or mariol ) she wasn't clear about her name .I told her I'm sick i couldn’t drive to pick up a correct one for my kids, she didn't even care and I never felt disrespected in my life, I told her you guys charged me for a large box but instead, I got a small one she didn’t care. This place is going downhill...the portions of meat compared to other panda express is a huge difference. Thus place will close soon...i will never go to this location ever again...read the reviews this is the worst panda

Very Disappointed food wasn't fresh oily and warmed up. The fortune cookies were steal .( please check it out for yourself ) This location isn't respecting the corporate standards ( I did notify the main corporate office)It isn't the first time I felt cheated .Very disappointed .

I came in and there was a decent line with the food having to be restocked. the manager starting everyone's orders was very kind and welcoming to each customer. i ordered half n half double orange chicken. orange chicken was fine. maybe the cook boy was new but the chow mein lacked flavor as well as the fried rice. the fried rice was mushy and wasnt pleasant
I came here for my school's fundraiser and there was a long line and rush for dinner through the door. The line went relatively fast and plenty of employees to accommodate everyone.

This is our main Panda Express location and normally this place is always packed, tonight i made it in and out in 10 minutes with hot fresh food. As I was leaving a crowd had formed so i got lucky with the timing. This store is always clean and tonight William was great he was friendly and professional.

Both the food and service were bad. My daughter (who is 3) and I ordered orange chicken and more. It was spicier than usual so she couldn't eat it. I spoke with a person claiming to be the manager named Sky, and I simply asked if I could replace it with sesame chicken, something not so spicy for my daughter. He said no. Sky said I had to pay for more. I re-asked the question thinking he must have misheard me, but Sky repeated himself saying, "that's not how it works." So my daughter didn't get to eat and went home hungry. As I expressed Sky in person, he is clearly not good at his job. Thank you Panda Express for training your staff to treat its customers so poorly. Not the first time I have not been satisfied here... Never coming back. Avoid this location if you have a choice.
