I came at 9:50 through the drive thru and they refused to sell me orange chicken w/rice or any entrees. The customer service here is horrible. I really am disappointed with this location, location on Sepulveda has never had this issue with me near closing times, I feel like the employees were just too lazy.

I was looking for party trays and didn't know how to order them or what the cost might be. Fatima was so helpful, and Susanna made me feel extremely welcomed. These ladies really need recognition for thier work and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

My fried rice taste like microwave rice....The rice was dry, cold and old. The beef and broccoli, the broccoli was under cooked, no sauce packets. Never been in this restaurant, ordered delivery but based on what I received, I know this restaurant isn't well inside.....I won't eat here again....
I always come to this Panda, always have an amazing time here with the family but this employe Cristina A. Refuse to take my Panda rewards when I was showing her the barcode. Extremely rude! Glad the manager saw it and they took her to the back. I’m a law lawyer and I know when I have rewards and when I don’t.
