What I like about Panda express, they are true to their word, you are in and out fast. You see the food being cooked, so you know its fresh, not a day or two old you have your choice of items,and the staff have a good attitude and treats everyone with a smile.
The food is ALWAYS delicious. I love the new BLAZING BOURBON CHICKEN item. The manager was a delightful treat. He was walking around the dining area with a tray of condiments offering extras to the guests and asking us if we were enjoying our meal. That made my visit exceptional. That was great customer service.
S/O to who I suspect is the team lead? He keeps the counter clean always, very polite guy, food is always coming out fresh and very good. I dont understand while everyone else goes through the drive thru when its empty inside. Stop being lazy and go inside if you dont want any problems with your food.
