I just had a bad experience with this cashier Katerin P. She was so rude when she asked what do we wanted for our food. At first I thought maybe I didn’t hear well and that’s why she was talking that way, however she talked to in the same tone to the customer behind us! Rocio was very nice, she gave me a good amount sauces I asked for she also applied 10 dollars off to my purchase since I signed up for the Panda Express app. She was amazing with the service very pilote as well. Also she speaks English and Spanish fluently! Thank you Rocio for the great service.
