This place was good when it opened but now it’s mediocre. First they have drinks premade so they’re not even made fresh. The drinks are extremely sweet for no reason. Yuck it felt has I was drinking water with sugar. The customer services has decline a lot. Sad to see business quality and service decline. Also, they use bad quality products to make the drinks. Not a fan anymore. Would not recommend.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment today. I am a regular customer and have always been pleased with the quality of your drinks and the customer service I have received. However, today's experience was extremely disappointing.
I ordered my usual drink, an Aurora Ice Tea, but when I received it, it was a mango drink. I informed the employee who took my order that this was not the correct drink, and she stated that the purple color at the top of the drink had diluted. I believe this to be an untruthful explanation, as the drink did not appear to be diluted.
I am disappointed that the employee did not take accountability for the mistake and instead attempted to deceive me. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that this type of situation does not occur again in the future.

The drinks were really tasty. I got the passion fruit smoothie, and my kids got some Boba. Our server didn't seem that friendly. She looked like she was annoyed attending to us. But overall good drinks.
Dont bother going because it is expensive and they don't know how to make drinks! Went there on Monday, and the guy working didn't know how to make drinks. Got a Hokkaido milk tea, and it tasted just like milk. My husband got a peach mango smoothie, which tasted like peaches. There was no mango. If the traffic wasn't so bad, we would have turned around. Spent $14 on them and had to throw most of it away. It was a waste, and we were upset.

I got the strawberry matcha and it's such a scam, it was so citrus flavored. there was no creamy texture at all. what boba shop doesn't know how to make matcha properly.

I had the privilege to meet the owner, and he was kind and respectful. I usually go with my kids and the girl that works there is very welcoming and very friendly. This place has the best taro drink. I like the option of almond milk. My kids like the oreo smoothie and the mango kiwi smoothie ?. Great service!!! The place is also clean and has enough room for a wheelchair. We played uno with my kids. The environment is nice. Parking spaces are available. You should try them yourselves. They open at noon.
