This dude is super chill and the meats are superior. The brisket burger is MASSIVE and quite tasty. If you're not that hungry the boiled ramen eggs are the ticket. He boils them just right with the slightly runny yolks and the ramen seasoning makes them incredibly delicious. The macaroni salads are also a good side to consider. Pete posts up at the Naughty Pine Pub in Westlake Village on Sundays and it is worth the trip there. Either get some ramen eggs to go or order a burger and grab a beer inside the pub. Pete is very friendly and knows his craft quite well!
Let me start with WOW!!! Had the brisket Sando and the Mac salad…outa this world! Best brisket I have had to date! Even gave me extra for my dog, I mean c’mon what a guy! Appreciate you Pete! The Mac salad was to die for!! 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to go back!!
Best-kept Sunday secret in Westlake Village!
Pete’s Meats is posted up at the Naughty Pine in the industrial strip off Townsgate every Sunday—and trust me, it’s worth seeking out. My son and I ride our bikes there almost every weekend for lunch, and it never misses.
We’ve sampled just about everything: the baby back ribs (easily top 3 ever), brisket that melts in your mouth, perfectly seasoned tri-tip, and Jagger swears the burger is next level. My personal favorite? The pork belly bowl over white rice with a pickled egg and that Vietnamese-style sauce… absolutely off the charts.

The pork belly bowl was amazing. The sauce was incredible and everyone was so friendly.
Hi. The barbecue here tastes like garbage. The meat is so dry and has no flavor. On top of that it’s too over priced. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The owner is rude and treats customers like trash. Just go somewhere else.
