The staff here needs to focus on doing their jobs. They’re calling customers and making up stories just to get their orders canceled because they want to leave early. That’s not the customer’s fault or responsibility.

The manager at this location has overcharged on EBT twice now. Today she refused to refund me the overage. I demanded to be refunded and she said, “If you’re that desperate $2, I’ll give it to you out of my own pocket!”
This store needs to be investigated.

had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. When I called to place my order, I specifically asked if they had any specials. The woman on the phone told me the deal was $27.99. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, they suddenly said the total was over $39. When I asked why, they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Later, someone came out claiming to be the manager, and even then, they only changed the price to $30.99 instead of honoring the $27.99 special I was originally told about.
This is very misleading and feels like false advertising. On top of that, the pizzas were just plain cheese and the wings were plain as well — nothing extra that should have changed the price. It seems like they alter the prices once you arrive, which is unfair and unprofessional.
Customers should be very careful because this location does not honor the prices they advertise or quote over the phone. What they tell you and what they actually charge you are two very different things. Be aware — they charge more than what they promise, and that is dishonest business practice

The worst delivery service ever not only did I get my pizza delivered COLD but I also had my pizza delivered by somebody who threw the pizza on the patio floor and fled the scene. Horrible experience. I will never order Pizza Hut again and you shouldn’t either only because they use doorDash to deliver. DoorDash has the worst delivery people and they are also bitter and angry that they have to work for tips and they get pissed off if the are not what they expect especially if you have to tip before they even deliver the product. Absolutely the worst service ever it is not worth ordering from them for delivery

best buffalo wings in my opinion, the chicken is very tender & the buffalo doesn’t disappoint they are also not small wings either!
I work for DoorDash and came to pick up an order. I arrived on time, waited two minutes — then got a notification that the order was ready. But I had to wait over 20 more minutes after that. In total, I sat there for half an hour. I kept walking up and reminding them. Meanwhile, they were just chatting away with customers. They could’ve moved much faster and been more efficient, but I could clearly see they weren’t in any rush. Because of situations like this, I get bad ratings in the app. This is my time — and my money. If the app says the order is ready, why am I waiting 20+ more minutes?
