They cancelled my order after 20 minutes which was right when the pick up time was. Wasted my time because they “ran out of pizza dough” as a pizzeria.

I paid for a pizza that never arrived. The Pizza Hut website says my pizza never passed the preparation stage. On calling an hour after delivery time, the staff said “we’re very busy” and that my pizza was in the oven. An hour later, they said my pizza had been taken for delivery before I even called the first time, despite the website still showing it was in preparation. They refused to give me a refund on the grounds that it had “already left the restaurant”. The staff and manager were not amenable to the situation at all and I’m out $36.

I placed an order online which was very easy to do , I like the app and how simple it is to use. I was immediately notified that my order was being prepared and the time my order would be ready. I actually got there a few minutes early and my order was ready which was great. I didn’t have to wait. The service was very quick and the employee who served me was very respectful and nice and asked me if I was anything else I needed atmosphere was great. It was quick and simple.

Worst Pizza Hut in America if you have any sense, you will not order from this location. They purposely ruin your order and then they don’t answer the phone. Their managers tell them not to answer the phone on top of that. They hire a Bunch of idiots they do this so they can steal your money because when you order your pizza and they screw your order up You won’t be able to get a refund because they won’t answer the phone if you don’t believe me try to call this location directly you will not be able to get through

When you ask for contactless you expect your driver to smoothly drop off your items and leave. Not have creepers knock on your door for 5+ minutes straight with an angry face.

I have been ordered at this location for 5 years with stuff crust hand toss. It used to come with thick layer and full of cheese but lately came very thin like thin crust pizza and little cheese. If they still not improve, I think it’s time to change to Domino pizza.

Placed an order online for delivery and it switched it to pick up. They ask for you to give a tip, starting at 18% for pickup and charge a service fee. Pizza was over cooked and not worth the price.

I rated this experience 1 star because when I opened the container, for a second I thought they had only given me half my order. I ordered an eight piece boneless wings. Five of the pieces were regular sized but the remaining three were so small that, put together, they would be the size of one of the others. Also, after ordering, we decided to look on the Wing Stop website to compare. You can get five more wings for a little less money at Wing Stop. I’m not sure if this was an oversight on the part of the worker or if they think serving a customer little bits and calling it a full sized wing is ok, but it’s not. I will never go to Pizza Hut again for wings. Wing Stop will be my new jam!!
