Food is always tasty but my orders at this location are consistently incorrect. I'll order Original Pan crust and recieve thin or hand tossed. Classic or spicy marinara and recieve sweet. The staff is always friendly but their lack of attention to detail is problematic and becoming something consistent that causes the experience to be less than satisfactory.

Order a pepperoni pizza with bell pepper for delivery and got this instead. A cheese pizza with BURNED bell pepper. Even tho it was the wrong other why would you even serve this to people! Not ordering delivery or from here again!!

Terrible team, ordered extra large, the worker tries to give a regular large. Showed the receipt that I ordered and paid for Extra large, did not apologize and with a very unhappy face said then wait another 20 minutes. There is no culture of communication and they are trying to deceive!!! ?

Very well made food with workers that make sure you get every possible promotion or deal to keep it as inexpensive as possible.
Whoever was working tonight, 6/15-6/16, at around 1am, they are a gOD SEND. They took our order without any problem with the time. The pizza is delicious and I hope they have a blessed night. Thank you to them!!!

The best advice if you have to come to this Pizza Hut location is to come during the daytime. This is due to the homeless people hanging around the plaza and at night time, they'll likely be right at the entrance door of this Pizza Hut. I feel bad for the employees here but what can you do. My wife wanted her small personalize pepperoni and mushroom Pizza so I placed the order for her over the phone. It's not actually a person from the store that you talk to but someone else I think at a call center or something. They also charge a fee if you do this so be aware. I ordered the Cajun fries here since I saw they have fries now. It's not cheap and not that good but I thought it was okay. Parking here can also be limited especially during the daytime.

Kid-friendliness: This place can be kid friendly but at night time there are homeless people in the plaza and sometimes right at the door where Pizza Hut is.
