If you’re craving an authentic slice of Peru, this place delivers — especially if you order their anticucho and ceviche.
Definitely recommend pairing it with a cold chicha morada or pisco sour to complete the experience!”
Congratulations!!
Exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a typical Peruvian breakfast, and honestly, it was delicious—nicely presented, full of authentic flavors, and very generous portions. The staff was super friendly, always with a smile. You can tell they take care of every detail. Without a doubt, it's a place I want to return to soon and explore more of their menu.
I went for breakfast this morning… only one word… “excellent”
I came here for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious! The food was amazing and beautifully presented had a great service and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Food is great
Roxanna was so friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and overall it was a great experience because of her. The food was Excellent. I definitely will be returning again and again again!
Hard to beat authentic Peruvian cuisine when there is as much heart n soul put into it as these people… their Chitcha (sweet purple corn drink) is fantastic!

Puro Sabor is a reminder why Peruvian food is considered one of the best cuisines in the world. I was introduced to the amazing dish lomo Saltado around 5 years ago, but this is the best one I have ever had. We've been to dinner at this location 4 times and the food has been top notch each time.
Don't expect a fine dining experience but the quality of the food, price, and wait time has always been fantastic.
We've had the same waitress each time and it looks like she takes care of the entire front of house, so if you don't speak Spanish then you can probably get by with pointing at the menu.

I never order ceviches in a restaurant, but this time I was surprised by how delicious it was. The ceviche and the patitas con mani are highly recommended. When I return to the valley this will be my new place. I hope they never change the chef.

The last few times I've been there it's been disappointing...but today was disgusting. The expensive food is horrible, the purple chichón is pure water and costs almost 6 dollars a glass. And the worst is the attention. The waitress grabs the money, she doesn't mess around, she doesn't use gloves, she grabs the bread with the fork, and adjusts it with her hand...aghh, she adjusts her hair, grabs her nose and brings you the plates. And she's rude.
Mary and Vicky are missed...don't go, I have a stomach ache.
And the owner only arrives at night.

Simple but clean establishmentCheerful yellow color. It was very quiet when we were there for a late lunch on a weekday so we got immediate and courteous attention. We ordered ceviche which was delicious and plentiful. I couldn't even finish mine. My companion also ordered Lomo Saltado and said it was very good. We will definitely go back when we want peruvian food even though the restaurant is not exactly close to us but worth the drive.
Parking: We parked on the street with metered parking. I'm not sure if there was a lot in the back.
