I love eating at Puro Sabor, it's the best authentic Peruvian Restaurant in the Valley hands down! Service is great & they are very attentive. The vibe is just right. 6 stars out of 5!

My favorite Peruvian restaurant in the valley. So authentic and delicious. Wonderful service. I always get the lomo saltado & an Inca cola. Perfection.

Great food but staff has changed. There was a lady who worked here for years and now she's gone. She was always attentive and friendly. I've been there twice after she left and his the not the same anymore. I believe the cooks are different as well. After my wife and I were served she did not stop once to ask how was the food nor did we get a refill. Would not be my go to place anymore

Love, love, love this place. I ordered the pariuela the first time I came and have every time since—it’s that good. I feel like I’m in the Peruvian countryside here. No bling, just authentic home cooked flavor—like the name says.

Went here three times hoping it would get better but it didn't. The rice had absolutely no flavor at all, the chicken was round, hard and no taste either. The meat with the noodles was the worst I have ever eaten. The meat was sliced so thin that when it's cooked, it's dry and hard, the noodles are so heavy. I've eaten this plate before but the item is made with Linguine noodles. Not a bit of juice in this dish, very, very dry. Will not be going back here.

We ordered Patita con Maní, Anticuchos, Yucca a la Huancaina and Jalea. Everything was very good except the Jalea. It just tasted like the oil they used was old or something. Specially for it to cost $35.99 I expected a delicious Jalea The waitress was not very friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. I would definitely come back.
