As usual, I made a stop at Recovery Zone to buy my Body Effects drink. I noticed the price had gone up by 50 cents, but that's expected given how expensive everything is in Los Angeles. While I intended to sip it and work out, I realized in the locker room that I didn't have a shirt to wear over my Under Armour pants. I plan to return tomorrow or in the coming days as I need to get back in shape and stay active. I've never really been one for smoothies after a workout. But I stopped here a couple times and really enjoy a few different smoothies. I get one scoop of protein with the chunky monkey drink, it keeps me held over the rest of the day definitely worth it!

I’m a regular at the la fitness here the option to grab a shake after a workout is great. I was hesitant at first but after trying the chunky monkey I was sold. The girls at the front are pretty cool and provide great customer service.
