Having breakfast at Maraş Bakary was an unforgettable experience! It’s a small and cozy place that makes you feel right at home. The owner, despite being Armenian, speaks excellent Turkish and greeted us with genuine warmth. Everything served was meticulously prepared, and you could taste the quality in every bite. Even my daughter and niece, who usually have a hard time with food, finished their plates with joy! And we couldn’t resist the buttery cookies, devouring every last one despite being full. The most tasty Lahmajoun I have ever eaten. It tastes like, homemade. The place is so clean, and cozy, I strongly recommend the stuffed cheese borek, and their Lahmajoun, straight out of the oven.
I stumbled upon this bakery while visiting a different shop in the plaza and was pleasantly surprised by the owners' hospitality. They kindly offered to prepare fresh lahmajun if I could wait a bit and even treated me to complimentary Armenian coffee during my wait. The highlight was that my family absolutely adored the lahmajun! It's definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.
