Birrieria San Marcos

The Queso Tacos and San Marcos Style Tacos Dorados, with consome, are hands down the real deal. So delicious! The Cucumber Agua Fresca was the perfect compliment drink. Best in the Valley.

This place has become my new go to Taco joint during the weekdays at work. The San Marcos birria tacos with a side of consomme or bomb!

Didn’t try the food there but had a horchata that is traditionally made with rice milk. They use carnation canned milk to make theirs. A place as “authentic” as this I think they’d make this drink the legitimate way.

Been here a few times now… recently had quesabirrias and really enjoyed them. The consume is soooo flavorful and really good with it. Toppings were not the freshest this last time. Service is always very friendly. There is no seating at the location.

The only good about this place was being able to try it to never come back again!! , the meat was so dry that I almost chocked and the flavor was weird and sweet like bbq, so overpriced and so disappointing in taste. Never going back.
