I got a chance to try real Guatemalan cuisine thanks to my mother in law, it’s delicious. This place is nothing like it.. I had expectations of trying something good but all they had for lunch is fried chicken, hotdogs, tostadas. Those shucos were worse than any hotdog at the gas station
To wash your hands you have to go through the kitchen where they make your food, so basically anyone from the street can pass through the kitchen which is nasty! I think it’s better to find a place where you can afford restrooms for your customers and include some real Guatemalan food into the menu
