Best Guatemalan food we’ve had in L.A. The “Churasco” plate has Adobada, Carne Asada, Chorizo, Longaniza, homemade tortillas and yummy sides.My boy had a Carne Asada Shuco, he loved. Definitely coming back.

Good and delicious Guatemalan food. It seems that they've been in business for a short period of time so, there are things to improve. Make sure your kitchen keeps the pace with demand. Consider the fact that take out orders need the priority they deserve, and make sure the little things that matter such as providing lemon for the ceviche, salt, napkins, etc. are important. You'll do great .
