Shut down for an hour and never was asked if we needed anything? Waitress just walked by us for 1 hour, Idina mini restaurants and this is very unusual

I love this store the food is always fresh and hot this store is very clean and the waiters are fast and observant they keep your drinks refilled without asking and the owner of this store cares about his cleintale and does weekly inspections to assure everything is fine tuned and running well. I hate to put this review but I found a baby cockroach mid meal. I wanted to eat more but I couldn’t. I asked for a refund and the manager being a dirty blonde thick woman gave me a dirty look because I waved at her, I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes. And told her I wanted a refund because I found a cockroach. They then proceed to talk amongst themselves about how much I ate and I spend 34 but she only wanted to give me 15 back, I told her I had finished my meal before seeing the roach and she said the baby roach like it makes any difference. This is not her house to act bitter and stingy with the money I spent. Check the cameras and you’ll see when I caught it and I stopped eating. Of course I want a full refund. Sizzlers is a great place but get it together man.!!!!

On my days off I'd call my granny. Recently she's been in a senior home and can't come out anymore. My boyfriend and I haven't been in here for months since my grandma. We came to eat for lunch. I cried because we made so many memories with her here. The food was good. The atmosphere was pleasant. We were greeted as we walked in, that's always a nice welcome. I got the salad bar he got steak and unlimited shrimp. Thank you for being open. I enjoy it. Only buffet left in our area.
