Let me start by saying the food is great. But this lady right here was upmost the rudest to me while I tried to order. This was my second time here and I was asking her about a certain dish, she couldn’t answer. First and foremost, I had to wait about 10 minutes before she Came to take my order and yesI might’ve been a little indecisive of what I wanted, but there was no need for the nasty look. I can tell She was irritated by the look on her face. The customers that she’s attending to here in this picture had just walked in and she attended to them with such courtesy and promptly. It was at that moment I wish I would’ve never came in here and gave them my business. Smh Never again Will they get my business.. all because of her customer service.

i ordered a combinaion plate , a burrito and sope worst food ive ever gotten they forgot my burrito and still charged me for it and it was wayyyyy overpriced for the quality... worst customer service too
Came today for some chicken soup and a large horchata. Chicken soup was good needs some more vegetables and Horchata had gone bad. I told the lady at check out she said she would check it and she never did.

My wife was sick and they didn't give her the bathroom, only my son ate. I think that's bad. There should be a bathroom for customers. I didn't want to eat anymore, being a restaurant and not having a bathroom.

The beef soup la ked subsatnce the cabbage was undercook. The salsa was bitter. The only good thing was the tortillas which were freshly made and warm.
