I usually never leave a review and let whatever happens slide. Tonight the barista making drinks in drive thru was rude. Asked my matcha to be remade because it was clumpy the first time. The girl charging was super nice and took it back! The guy making the drink? Not as much. Rude immediately made a face when asked to remake it. Once it was remade he told the girl “it’s as good as it’s going to get”. Well it wasn’t good the first or second time. Incompetent rude employee. Starbucks do better.

It's not open 24 hours. I spent $40 trying to get here thinking it was 24 hours like it says, but the only 24 hour thing is the drive-through. The very least you could do is make things clear on google maps, its quite literally free

Go here all the time. The manager Daniel O. is on a power trip. I witnessed him escalate a situation with a customer who was trying to de-esclate the situation. He continued to try to provoke her and the customer was more professional than he and she and her kids just left instead of engaging. He shouldn't be in charge of anyone. I'm sure his staff hate him. Hope she filed a formal complaint.

The five stars is for Ramona she's an amazing barista. She greeted me very well. I had a special request for my drink and she went out her way to make sure that my drink was made right. Excellent customer service

I thought this location was the best one here in Van Nuys & Hartland but … I ordered a venti açaí not a grande, when I brought to the cashiers attention she refuse to remake my drink and told me I needed to go back in the line and order it again.

Store at 6833 Van Nuys Blvd was closed for some reason but the sign clearly stated they would be opened at 4:30 a.m. This was also written on a paper at the window. The store was listed as open online. I waited several minutes at the drive up window. At 4:31 a lady came to the window, opened it, and told me they wouldn't be open until 5:00! I protested because it was clearly marked 4:30. She told me in no uncertain terms to forget it. I pleaded with her but she closed the window. Very, very rude. I am NOT happy about this. No excuse for treating customers in this fashion.
I love the drive-thru at Starbucks—the coffee quality is still great, and the service is perfect. The only downside is the atmosphere inside; it feels dull. A brighter, more colorful space would make it much better.

I ordered a coffee through the app, but I had to stand with everyone else in the Drive thru line. Although my coffee was standing next to the employee when I approached him at the window. I do not recommend this place. My coffee got cold while I was waiting for it.
