Was going to purchase a drink but I really really needed to use the restroom Young Hispanic girl said nope out of service... I mean I get it your in a bad area where there's an abundance of homeless people but im not one of them ! Use better judgment next time & let your paying customer who was in literall tears use your restroom! Im SURE corporate is not aware you don't provide a working restroom for your paying customers!!!

This is the only Starbucks that I can certainly say doesn’t know how to make an iced matcha out of all of the Starbucks I’ve been to for some reason the way this Starbucks makes it taste so bad. I don’t know if they can’t ratio the matcha properly but it’s never good. My drink always has chinita of matcha powder floating around. It isn’t mixed right or i don’t know if they just rush it but no longer going there bought it 5 times all those times been the same. Rather drive farther from work to to a different location who can do it right.

Excellent service, excellent food and beverages, excellent location. Lots of space from a nice tables to sit at. Hi tables, low tables, and a bar table. Spacious seating arrangement outside and a drive-thru. I really enjoyed this location on my birthday today.
Stood in a long ass line during my work break the gentleman had told me at the drive thru that they were pretty sure they had it what i wanted. Pull up to pay and he tells me they dont have anything such a waste of time. This isn’t the first time this Starbucks location did this! Dont come here!!!
