today Oct 9 I came to Starbucks at 9pm to grab a caramel frap and a large from this location. I usually don’t come here but it was open late at night. I was served very wonderfully and respectful by a worker named Lesley. I hope she stays working here as her energy is amazing. God bless you Lesley

Today I place a mobile order and it said it will be ready at 12:13pm but I arrived and the lobby is close til 1:30pm. Then I wait on the long drive thru line but another customer gets off and she is help by someone who let her in and out. When I get to the drive thru Roxy comes to the window and I ask her to speak to a manager. She informs me there is no manager. I told her please advise the manager when on duty to close the mobile orders if there is a situation. I am a manager myself and understand there might be situation we go through but communication with the customers are important and I ask her for my order she rolls her eyes on me. Then I ask her for a cup of water no apologies were given and I said thank you and she didn’t even say you’re welcome. If I don’t see this get action I’ll raise hell to make it this gets addressed. If it was one of my employees a correction action or even fired. We operate because our customers. I was calm and professional so expected the same back. I could’ve been rude and made her day worst but I operate a business too. Plus my cheese danish was cold.

Great location for a quick stop to work or to take a break. Plenty of workspace and lounge space. Great natural light. Clean restroom. Staff is friendly and professional. Management seems to be plugged into community.

People were super nice. But it takes too long in the drive thru for plain coffee. Maybe Starbucks should consider an option in the drive thru like they do inside? If you want just coffee ☕ it's faster than if you want a double decaf half caf with a twist and foamed half and half.... Just a thought. Let's go Starbucks.

Wanted to use the restroom, and the Lesley told me I have to make a purchase first! I told her that I am very sorry that I don’t have any money on me, I just need to use the restroom, she said no it’s a new policy they have!

This location is probably by far the worst location. Any given day or time , 15-20 minutes wait time whether it’s drive through our order inside . I’m a regular at most Starbucks , but every time I come here it’s always something. Maybe the staff need more proper training especially the drive through ladies .

Everytime I order inside the store my order is always wrong :/ or they have my food waiting to get cold which is unfortunate I would expect them to say my name... and ik because im just watching paying attention waiting to get called so I can just get it and go.

Nice place, but parking is something else. Sometimes cars will just be cars and make it impossible to park. Going inside to get your order can be a challenge sometimes. It feels like the employees worry more the drive thru line that barley moves then the lm those that walk in. I felt kinda odd having to flag someone for my order when standing there for a good few minutes

I want to THANK YOU to the employee that made my coffee on this day! Im so picky about how my Coffee is made but she/he nailed it👍🏼☕️(Thu06/26/2025) 8:54-am, It also made my day:) it was so great and the exact way I wanted it . Bunch of thanks to the best employee 🫶
