We stopped by this Starbucks location to get some drinks. I got the mango Dragonfruit and asked for light ice. My wife got her green tea and asked for light ice as well. The barista did not put light ice like we asked.

They took out all the chairs/tables for studying indoors. Only tables/chairs left are outside. Very upsetting. Won’t be coming here.

Love the employees here. It’s so much better to come in than a year ago when there were a couple rude people that stressed me out. It’s a busy location and everyone works super hard so don’t forget to tip!
Drinks aren’t super consistent but this is a busy location with tons of employees so makes sense.
No tables inside so not a work space. Beware there are a lot of pan handlers that hang outside so it’s not really a hang spot outside either. Except sundays —it’s fun to watch the motorcycle gang all roll up.

Came here because it's close to my wife's job, was gonna surprised her with a treat but I guess they were "too busy" as one of the bristas put it. So I order a iced coffee with oatmilk it even said it on the order sticker and I got a ice coffe with no creamer, I order 2 pastries they were not warmed up, SMH I guess I'll find another starbucks that cares and not make 3 mistakes in one order. Just locked up and the Ralphs across the streets has a starbucks i guess I'll try that one before thinking about coming back here

I dont know what secret thing you have to do to get your order, cause the entire show filled up went and paid at the cashier after me, then got there drinks before me. I kind of thought you sever people as you go but I guess I don't understand the secrets workings of this store.
