Three stars to me means satisfactory yet far from ideal. No plugs for relaxing and performing work. The tables are shared between Target cafe and Starbucks. They aren't the fastest Starbucks, but that can be forgiven considering it's inside a Target. Nice to be able to sip a coffee while shopping after. Employee was very polite. I wish it were in the first floor instead of the second but hey, you can't win em all.
