It was a drive-through, they didn't have several things that we asked for, and they had to add something to replace something that usually goes into the drink.
I'd probably NEVER go back there again.

Good service ... But starbucks always with low quality coffee

If you like to take advantage of the Starbucks refill policy do not go to this Starbucks. For the first time in many years as a loyal Starbucks customer I have been denied a refill at this Starbucks location.

I decided to give this Starbucks a try for the first time since I live nearby. After finishing my Venti Iced Coffee where I remained under the Starbucks patio umbrella, I asked the Starbucks employee for a refill. The Starbucks employee then spoke with the manager and came back to the window and told me that this Starbucks does not do refills. I replied by stating that I thought it was Starbucks policy. The Starbucks employee responded by stating that at this time their patio was not open and they are not doing refills. I replied by stating that I had just finished my coffee under the patio umbrella. She just said “sorry”.

A lesson learned and I will not be returning to this Starbucks anytime in the near future. I have always been treated exceptionally well at the Starbucks located at the south/east corner of Balboa and Roscoe so I am on my way over now to have my next coffee.

Great drive thru location and has a walk up window as well. Usually busy but the staff bang out the drinks so the wait isn't very long

First, they make every drink to perfection every single time…but the thing that has me writing this review is I can’t even count how many times this location has made my day with the ‘little things’ they do that make such a huge difference in my day 🥹 I hope they know I see it and can’t thank them enough for the kind gestures.

The drive-thru is so sketchy here. It’s a sharp 90degree turn oddly placed in a parking lot row with other traffic, the line get backed up and jammed with other cars coming from both directions. There is a tall curb that is not marked property, you can’t see where it is in relation to your car so you risk potentially crunching the side of your car as you try to make the crazy turn into the very narrow drive-thru. Very poorly thought out.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the amazing Starbucks team for the sweet message on my cup today. It really made my morning! Also, thank you for making my coffee just the way I like it—perfectly crafted, as always. Although I accidentally spilled it, the part I was able to enjoy was absolutely delicious! You all really know how to brighten up someone's day. Keep up the great work!

Just had the weirdest experience of being trapped in their drive through by one of their deliveries, the guy walked up and put a huge heavy piece of sheet metal against my car and walked away. Did his deliveries back and forth, walks over, takes huge piece of metal off my car. What!? Asked the manager Luis if I could complain to the service company, nope. Doesn’t give a toss.

Do not go there on a Sunday morning. With five employees on duty, you'd expect better service, but they move at a snail's pace. The atmosphere feels more like a leisurely café than a Starbucks. Customers choose the drive-thru for the promise of speed, yet waiting thirty minutes is unacceptable. They really need to reevaluate their business model to meet customer expectations.
