SB drink recently improved across locations and I get to visit more often. This location's staff has issue letting me and my buddy know when drinks are ready. Taking longer time is understandable. When I walked to table TWICE where I expected drinks to be, they did NOT tell me I'm at the wrong location. Right location was blocked by wooden structure. I had very similar experience on a previous visit when staff didn't call us by name. Went to pick up twice as well. Staff could pay a bit of attention unless ones are regular visitors. On a side note, inside is huge, but not making the best of it.

I stopped by this Starbucks location to get a plain bagel and iced water. I used the drive thru since I came in the early morning and didn't experience any issue. The customer service was great and I enjoyed my bagel. Parking is very limited here.

Every time I visit this Starbucks, they absolutely make my day. Not only do they get my order perfect every single time, but they also go the extra mile by leaving the sweetest, most uplifting messages on my cup. It's such a small gesture, but it always puts a smile on my face. Thank you to the amazing team here—you guys truly make coffee runs something to look forward to!

I just want to start by saying the partners are very very sweet people and friendly. However every single time i visit there is always something wrong with my order. Missing ingredients, wrong measurements. Its always something. Its unfortunate because this is the most convenient location for me and they are sweet people but i dont want to order from here much.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received earlier today. Your barista not only treated me like I was incompetent and refused to provide the basic details I requested about my drink but was extremely rude. This kind of dismissive and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I am always excited and looking forward to enjoying this drink and now I she ruined my experience.

Just went tonight 12/1/24 8:14pm only to find out they decided to close early. No wonder they're going out of business....don't advertise you close at 9pm and then decide to randomly close whenever you feel like it.

went to go inside and they had locked the lobby and said they were closed for the night, there was two girls and one guy in there literally just laughing sitting around , terrible customer service, there was no sign with a notice or anything, totally unprofessional and inconvenient for someone who was meeting someone and got dropped off plus it was raining.

Today 11.2.24 they had closed their lobby and only had the drive-thru, so I proceeded to get me a drip.
Batista declined to honor my refill and said "NO REFILLS, ONLY ON LOBBY"
