Quiet, like most starbucks. Service, bathrooms, and drinks are up to standards. About 10 tables plus some bench seating. Parking is a bit difficult because the parking is right next to the drive through line.

I came to this location to spend a couple hours doing computer work! The employee who took my order was decently friendly! I spent some time working and naturally, I needed to use the bathroom! When I went to use the restroom, there was no toilet paper in the only bathroom. I kindly told an employee that there was no toilet paper! I patiently waited 10 or so minutes and then went back to check to see if they had replaced it and they didn’t. I am disappointed that my simple request wasn’t met. I would’ve understood if it was a busy time, but the store and drive-thru were very slow at that time. Seems like an easy task to complete to serve customers!

Been to SB in Roscoe & Balboa branch twice while waiting for a bus and has to use their restroom. I only noticed 1 friendly staff and I have to look at his nameplate to ensure he is mentioned here. And his name was “Anthony” who has a kind heart. Anthony noticed me standing at the cashier for quite sometime, he entertained me despite they were busy taking ‘drive through’ orders. I only ordered “Sol Ti Turmeric Super Shot” but he did upsell to another drink “Sol Ti Ginger” and both taste good. Product will definitely taste better if you were served by people who “Serve with Heart” and products will come second to service. Thank you to Anthony (hope this is his real name). Kudos to you bro. first time to encounter such service from him😊)

Connor helped me out this morning with my order. He was professional, nice, and time efficient with assisting me and other customers. He was very friendly sincere with his small talk. I go to this location often in the morning before work and the team is always nice, but Connor really made my morning today!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Starbucks recently, and I just had to share how impressed I was. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and inviting — the music was relaxing, the lighting was cozy, and the smell of fresh coffee instantly lifted my mood.
What really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service, especially from the girl at the register. I didn’t catch her name, but she had such a kind smile and a genuinely positive attitude. She greeted me so warmly and made me feel like a valued customer right away. She was super patient while I decided on my order (because, let’s be honest, choosing between all those delicious drinks isn’t easy!), and even gave me a great recommendation based on what I told her I liked.
I ended up trying a drink I wouldn’t have thought to order on my own — and it was perfect! Rich, flavorful, and just the right temperature. She even wrote a little smiley face on my cup, which was such a small touch, but it really brightened my day.

SB drink recently improved across locations and I get to visit more often. This location's staff has issue letting me and my buddy know when drinks are ready. Taking longer time is understandable. When I walked to table TWICE where I expected drinks to be, they did NOT tell me I'm at the wrong location. Right location was blocked by wooden structure. I had very similar experience on a previous visit when staff didn't call us by name. Went to pick up twice as well. Staff could pay a bit of attention unless ones are regular visitors. On a side note, inside is huge, but not making the best of it.

I stopped by this Starbucks location to get a plain bagel and iced water. I used the drive thru since I came in the early morning and didn't experience any issue. The customer service was great and I enjoyed my bagel. Parking is very limited here.
