I stopped by this Starbucks location last night to pick up my mobile order. I got the Venti Mango Dragonfruit and Venti Peach Green Tea. I arrived early to get my order which said dine in pickup but when I arrived they were already closed in. I had to go to the drive thru and the line was packed. We didn't move for like ten minutes. Since I got stuck in the traffic, I got my order twenty minutes after the pickup time. This location is also not in the safest or best area.

I always come to this Starbucks never have had a problem. I just wanna say Angie is very rude. I felt rushed in the driveway and she just doesn’t have customer service. Please work on that.My drink was very very hot which caused me to burn my tongue and she didn’t like that I complained about it.

Everything about this place is just perfect, it’s peaceful and calm and not dirty. And the order is exactly what you asked for. Literally just heaven.

I ask for 4 Sriracha sauces because I order two sandwiches and this lady that worked there only gave me one Sriracha sauce. When I asked for the sauce she gave me this nasty attitude,The people that work here are rude and unprofessional.

I love starbucks but i paid for my drinks in drive thru and they forgot one of my drinks, i went to go through the front door to get the drink they forgot and it was locked. We knocked on the door and the workers just stared at us and completely ignored us. We had to go back through the drive thru and one of the workers said we had to wait in the PACKED line in the drive thru to get our missing drink that THEY forgot. This hasn’t happened only once, ITS HAPPENED TWICE. But the drinks were 10/10. The costumer service ehh…

Ordered my drink and still waiting inside and it’s been 28 minutes. I’ve never had it take this long and it’s only 10:30 in the morning. They said someone maybe took it when I asked but I’ve been sitting inside the whole time waiting so I’m not sure what happened.
I am a regular here. I live in the area. Staff is usually very kind and super friendly.
Today, this employee, Karina was very rude. She didn’t use their usual greeting when we got to the drive thru. I’m all for them getting to the point, like when she decided not to sound welcoming and said “what are you getting?” Instead of our usual “Hello, welcome to Starbucks how is your day going?” My husband responded “hi. I’m doing good, how are you?” & she responded “fine, what are you getting?”
We get to the window and she looks like she doesn’t want to be there leaning against the window sill with a sour look on her face. She ruined our trip to get our daily Starbucks run.
I was so surprised because the employees are usually super kind with their customers.
Honestly writing this review because I’ve had enough of this place NEVER getting my drink right. It’s a simple Iced matcha latte with oat milk sweetened and they make it so dark and bitter EVERY time. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt today and I’m just so upset on my way to the Starbucks down the street on Coldwater Cyn and Victory, they make it SPOT ON. So delicious makes you want more very time. Please train your employees on how to make it correctly. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has complained about this matter.
Would of been 5 stars but she charged me an extra drink and messed up on my other drink

I have always bought my Mocha cookie summits frappuccino and today I bought 2 and apart from other drinks and it is always good but today they gave me all pale without chocolate without flavor it only tasted like milk I told the cashier that I could please exchange it and it would be I came back because that didn't look like what the frappuccino really is and he said yes and gave me another one, just as bad that they are like that because one is paying for things so they do them well, I don't ask for anything else, just that they give me what I ordered and paid
