Did not accept coupon. Over charged me for something I didn’t order…extra cheese or something. I contacted my bank and disputed the transaction right away. The broad looked at me and told me it was the regular bmt which I ordered….she didn’t want to give me the receipt so I asked for it ….saw the over charge and she proceeded to tell me that the regular bmt was not available….what!? Just cheap people. I’ve worked at subway before so I know how cheap the owners can be.

This place is not the best when the general manager is here. I literally went in and got my food and used my coupon but when I went back with my friend to help her order the general manager said that they aren’t taking any coupons when it was less than an hour ago that I had gone by myself. I have worked for subway 7 years and never had we stopped taking coupons mid day. I don’t know if it’s just this subway that chooses when they want to accept coupon and when they don’t just cuz the general manager says especially when the coupons are valid and are able to be scanned and go thru.

I always feel like I'm bothering these people just by walking in. They never smile, they always sound annoyed and overwhelmed. But you'll get your food! They "don't accept coupons. Not even online" which was news to me, considering I had just placed an order online with a coupon one week prior.
I frequent this subway a lot. The staff is usually very nice. Sometimes they my order wrong, but I didn't think it's worth knocking off a star. ??

It's all right. I went here right before court at the Van Nuys Immigration Court. It's convenient and I like Subway's food. I do not like how there's no bathroom here and how small it is! It was crowded and there's not a lot of parking. But then again it's one of the few places with fresh food in the area.
