I gave this subway a second chance and this time they didn’t disappoint staff was much nicer and the place was more clean. The food was pretty good. They just need to get more staff during busy hours there was a really long line during lunch time.

Bad costumer service. Took them forever to help us out, it took them two employees just to check one person out. When she finally helped us out, she had a bad attitude and completely ignored my girlfriend. She didnt even help her with her sandwich, i had to tell her. I oayed for bacon for my girlfriend and she barely put any. When we went to checkout, she overcharged us for two 6 inches, i had to pay almost $20. Then she denied my coupon without even looking at it.

Went in to pick up my order and when I asked for it the lady just said a time and I was confused. She then said “you saw the pick up time right?” Like okay? I simple “your order is almost ready” would’ve been fine lol

The woman behind the counter kept not understanding me so then I thought maybe she couldnt hear me so I spoke louder she began screaming at me and being belligerent. Maybe it was a language barrier idk.
