I didnāt get his name but the young man working the evening shift on 02/09 gave EXCELLENT service. He made my sandwich with such care and was very patient. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I just bought a subway club and a sandwich here. and I repeated to her several times that the club was without tomatoes, please. Then she asked me again what to add, and I pointed to the menu, said the name of the subway club again, and said that was it, but without the tomatoes. she also started making it on a sandwich bun, I asked why, it's a club, she took the pita bread, turned all the contents of the bun onto the pita bread and put that bun in the refrigerator with the rest. Then she asked if we should fry the dishes or not, and we said yes. as a result, they paid and left. in the car, I started taking it out of the bag, and first of all, everything was cold, and secondly, everything crumbled off the pita bread, as if it wasn't wrapped at all. and the last thing that upset me the most was the tomatoes in club subway, which I definitely said 3 times! I'm charmed that I spent $25 on this and we didn't eat it because it's not possible! cold pita bread, cold bread roll, and inside cold ham, cucumbers, tomatoes. Everything is cold

I came in 8pm yesterday (10/11/24) just to have one sandwhich to go, and the girl started screaming at me telling me to get my camera out of her face???? my phone was placed on my chest and she accused me of recording her LOL and sheās like ācan you get the camera out of my face????ā and i didnāt hear her the first time because the glass is in the way and sheās like āCAN YOU GET YOUR CAMERA OUT OF MY FACEā and im like ā???? what??ā sheās like āYOU HEARD ME !! I KNOW YOU HEARD ME.ā and i am like āwhat just happenedā¦?ā and she said it like 10 times in a row ānothing happenedā and then āmhm sure nothing happenedā. she also made me pay for it when my food was still in the toaster. i donāt eat subway much but ive never seen that happened before. she made me pay, she didnāt even ask for an option. then thatās when she started being rude. it was like she was tweaking on šššš. sheās a subway employee, not a celebrity. stay humble. this shouldnāt be a recommended place to get food if the service is on šš and screaming at peopleās faces out of nowhere. i have also been going here since i was a little girl so this was odd for me. disrespectful and disgusting to say the least.

We went to the Subway on Saticoy and we really have to tell you that Johanna is the best of the best. Her co-worker was on lunch break and Johanna handled the business. She was able to fill our 2 sandwich order which were perfect by the way and she filled 2 other orders at the same time. We were only there maybe 5 minute 8 tops. Don't know where you found Johanna but you really need to make sure you compensate her well. What ever your paying her, it's not enough. It's a fact the other Subways do not have anyone close to her.

The app doesn't work well, and when it does work the shop wraps an almost empty bread for you to be surprised at home when you open it. Specially after 3 pm they don't put enough food inside the bread. We got flat empty sandwiches every time. And the workers are so unhappy they treat customers bad which makes sense with the low pay and hard days and the rude customers they have to deal with, but taking it out in the polite customers isn't fair. If both the customers and the workers are so unsatisfied, why is this place even open? Bad quality for the prices as well.

Ridiculous staff frankly I wouldnāt give them any money. They act like they donāt want it. Shorted me on the food then said they wasnāt going to toast it. Maybe they just donāt care because it seems.

Place looks neat and clean, but the staff tries to short you on the ingredients at every possible step. Service with a smile does not exist to begin with and got worse when they only put three tomatoes on a foot-long. Seems like a cultural thing.

Staff needs training for mobile orders. Or they need to stop accepting mobile orders completely. Woman was argumentative about coming out to deliver at my vehicle. The app says to stay in your car - which is it?
