One of the ladies up front talks too much when taking your order. Talks over you when your ordering and can have a passive aggressive adiittude and give you answers to questions that your not asking. She needs to learn to keep it short and sweet and not talk more than she should. Wont be describing how she looks like this time.

Saw one of employees there when preparing food was not sanitary it was not-healthy they will be preparing food and scratching itching on body skin flake falling into my food. Touching all different places. They touch the register and try to make food after touching cash register not sanitary.

Good food, pretty clean, the food is fresh. Good solid subway. The customer service was very good - friendly and quick. Employees surprisingly looked involved and happy unlike at other Subways. Good job and I highly recommend this particular subway

Come to the ghetto get ghetto unprofessional employees rude can’t even speak proper English waited 20 min wanted me to wait 40 in total for two sandwiches when they were not busy when I finally went inside she said to put that I was here if no she can’t give me it even tho I had confirmation I paid and even tho the app wasn’t allowing me to put I was their she kept giving me issues I wanted my sandwiches warm not cold and hard by the time I waited need more professional people to work more training

My partner was in the hospital at Valley Presbyterian hospital, she had been there for over a week and had came in very ill, at this time she was doing much better and wanted subway because hospital food is...well, it is hospital food. So she placed an order on Uber Eats for pick up since this Subway was just down the street and I left to walk down to pick it up. As soon as I walk in, the lady working, a big girl with red hair told me right away that she can only accept cash...which was weird because I saw the CC machine and it appeared to be working fine but oh well, maybe there was a problem. I said "its fine, pick up for Kylee" so she grabs the sandwich that was ordered and then asks me to see the confirmation page on the phone. My partners phone that is with her at the hospital. I have placed pick up orders on Uber Eats a bunch of times and never needed to show anything. I told her I don't have the phone, I had the name , the debit card that was used to pay and she refused to give it to me, saying it's her bosses policy so I demanded to speak to her boss or manager and she tells me nobody is there right now. I argue with her, telling her I have all the info and I paid for it so she just grabs the sandwich and puts it away saying and I quote "well, you either go get your phone or you don't get it" she made me so mad, I threw a soda bottle at her (lol) I had to walk all the way back to the hospital, go.through all the security again and go upstairs, grab my partners phone and walk back. Horrible Subway location, horrible people working here..
