Come to the ghetto get ghetto unprofessional employees rude can’t even speak proper English waited 20 min wanted me to wait 40 in total for two sandwiches when they were not busy when I finally went inside she said to put that I was here if no she can’t give me it even tho I had confirmation I paid and even tho the app wasn’t allowing me to put I was their she kept giving me issues I wanted my sandwiches warm not cold and hard by the time I waited need more professional people to work more training

My partner was in the hospital at Valley Presbyterian hospital, she had been there for over a week and had came in very ill, at this time she was doing much better and wanted subway because hospital food is...well, it is hospital food. So she placed an order on Uber Eats for pick up since this Subway was just down the street and I left to walk down to pick it up. As soon as I walk in, the lady working, a big girl with red hair told me right away that she can only accept cash...which was weird because I saw the CC machine and it appeared to be working fine but oh well, maybe there was a problem. I said "its fine, pick up for Kylee" so she grabs the sandwich that was ordered and then asks me to see the confirmation page on the phone. My partners phone that is with her at the hospital. I have placed pick up orders on Uber Eats a bunch of times and never needed to show anything. I told her I don't have the phone, I had the name , the debit card that was used to pay and she refused to give it to me, saying it's her bosses policy so I demanded to speak to her boss or manager and she tells me nobody is there right now. I argue with her, telling her I have all the info and I paid for it so she just grabs the sandwich and puts it away saying and I quote "well, you either go get your phone or you don't get it" she made me so mad, I threw a soda bottle at her (lol) I had to walk all the way back to the hospital, go.through all the security again and go upstairs, grab my partners phone and walk back. Horrible Subway location, horrible people working here..

Third time being at this particular location I would say in 4 or 5 months and all 3 times the soda machine is supposedly out of service or not working and they only sell bottled sodas. One time,ok no big deal machines break once in a while,second time, bad luck? But a third time? Come on!! Plus they need to be a little more friendly and not so robotic.

The fountain drink machine is out of service most of the time & they usually don't have any of the Agua frescas.

This location as well as the one on Victory and Sepulveda don’t accept coupons anymore? How can you as a subway whether it’s a franchise or not accept coupons produced by your own company? Absolutely unfair and ridiculous. Some people who live paycheck to paycheck depend on coupons to eat. ?
