I asked the lady to make my sandwich a layered sandwich not burrito and yet she still set everything on the fold of the bread so now half my âsandwichâ is all bread and half mashed up lettuce,meat,etc.

This location doesn't accept coupons. I had it in my hand when ordering. I wish they had at least told me so I could have gone elsewhere. We only got 2 napkins between 2 people, also.

My local Subway. My go to when there's nothing else. I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. Dead, tired from a long day. And they had said they already closed. At 9 o'clock. Which their door says 10 o'clock. And online says 10 o'clock. I'm confused with this new lack of responsibility. I remember just not that long ago if you were to walk in. At 10 after They would take care of you. That's what true customer service is about. Nowadays they can't even. Handle the bare minimum. Why advertise a time? Of closure If you just do whatever you want.

Excellent service by James. Very respectful. When I came in he was cleaning the place up really well. I don't see this very often when Subway employee behaves super professionally.
Vegetarian options: It's possible to order vegetarian sandwich. They even have choices.
