The food is beyond delicious BUT I've gone twice and they were closed before the posted hours.They need to change their hours to what time they are actually open. That's the only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars.

This is the second time my office got lunch here, and I should have left a review after the first. We had the catfish basket, the shrimp basket and the salmon Caeser salad this time -- and everything was fantastic. The fish was crisp, the shrimp were perfectly seasoned and the sauces were delicious. The mac and cheese was excellent (it has the little crispy bits on the edges, just like it is supposed to). The fried zucchini and the grilled zucchini were both great too Nice place, nice people and good food. Not much more anyone could wish for.

Just want to say these guys know what they're doing. Been there about five times and everything always comes out perfect. Shrimp Po boys overflowing with delicious shrimp ,red snapper , catfish all fried to perfection. Along with all the sides like okra , mac & cheese and all the side sauces , have all been terrific. Love this place. Best fried fish I've had in ages. Very satisfying and worth the trip from Woodland Hills for me. Till I get back to New Orleans again, this place satisfies my southern cravings . Very pretentious. You're going there for the food not the ambience. I call ahead to pick up my stuff and I get home a real happy camper.

I been going to Long Beach for my fried fish, but not anymore! This place is great, fresh and they have good customer service. I'm definitely coming back and telling my friends too!

I was so excited to find this restaurant on Yelp yesterday and tried it immediately and was so impressed! I tried the chicken tenders and fried okra and was so satisfied with the flavor! I haven't had fried okra since being in the south and it tasted delicious and packed with flavor! The BBQ sauce was really good too! The menu looks delicious and I'm looking forward to coming back to try more!

The shrimp we had was good. Not many places in LA serve southern seafood and sides, but I'll keep looking for my next spot. Service seemed like they were having an off day.

My wife and I drove 8 mile to this place. We checked online for their hours of operation which stated Saturdays until 7pm.We arrived at about 5:30pm. Guess what? The place was closed for the day. I give them a one star for not being professional and following their posted hours of doing business. Sadly disappointed.

The food is amazing. The owners Have that Southern hospitality. It is family owned and operated. I definitely recommend it. This is Exactly what this town needed!!!!!

Love this spot. Quick service and quality food. My favorite is the shrimp Poboy and zucchini. Super fresh and great flavor. The Buffalo Shrimp Poboy is super tasty too. YUMMY ?

There is no inside seating, but it's worth the wait, I love picking up food from this place ! Fresh fish, fresh okra, and everything seasoned so well this is our first time trying the Alfredo shrimp fries and they are BOMB ! the owner was really kind, and started from a food truck years ago definitely recommend this place for southern food lovers
