I was REALLY craving nigerian food after trying it for the first time a couple months ago from a different place in Sacramento. This seemed the only place in the valley to get egusi and fufu so I tried it despite the mixed reviews and I thought it was great. It definitely hit the spot and came with plenty of goat. The goat smell was a little strong but it was all tender and I liked it. Its a ghost kitchen so obviously you'll have to order online and pick up.

Took a 60 $ Uber from the airport because of the picture I saw on Google. Very appetizing. Only to get there and they were not even opened but rather redirected me to another branch in downtown.
Just two pieces of chicken for 10 $š„²š„²š„²

This is my second time trying this spot and will be the last. Bc it's alot closer drive than Aduke. The jollof rice was dry. The suya was the same textured beef as the the stew beef. It was cut up beef with NO seasoning. The stew beef in this tiny container with a little sauce wasn't even spicy in the least bit. The Jamaican beef patty looked raw so I didn't even try it. A waste of 50.00 and a drive from the Valley. Smh. So disappointing. I will just have to drive to Inglewood. Yes the staff in that kitchen in nice. But that's it.

When you don't have a device, then you get no food. This location wants its customers to forcefully
use their own device to order. The owner of this restaurant has no care for its customers. It doesn't offer a menu with pictures of the foods as well as the ingredients. The male that is there, it's very disrespectful with its words just because I ask for a menu and inform him I am not capable of using my device to order from it's restaurant.

Services is not the greatest. They were short on an item in delivery order. They replaced it with a cheaper priced item. very inconsiderate.

I had been craving Efo Riro (vegetable soup), pounded yam, and Jollof for a while now and was told to try The Peppered Goat. I ordered Jollof and chicken and it did not disappoint!! That rice was so good and the chicken was cooked to perfection falling off the bone. I do like my rice a little spicier as I am accustomed to about 3 habaneros but it was still good! The man that greeted me was super nice as well. I can't wait to go back for the pounded yam and vegetable!

I ordered goat egusi and fufu lunch combo, jollof rice and fried plantains. I unfortunately had to throw the egusi away because it smelled and tasted like the goat was unclean. The reviews on this place are amazing so Iām sad about my experience. The rice and plantains were good.

(3.9 stars ) I ordered delivery so I can only comment on the food. I ordered the egusi with fufu. Let me start by saying I feel the love in the food. However I wanted the flavors to be bolder. More seasoning, more spice, more oil more fat. Ultimately , it's hard to satisfy everyone. So I respect this place for doing it's own thing. The fufu was tasty and cooked perfect. I had left over fufu after my egusi was finished. I was satisfied with the portion, but it was a little expensive But still competitive with other African restaurants. I'm hoping one day I can spend $20 for African food and recieve a generous portion.

Man feels bad but i gotta do it⦠Iāve tried hard to like the place. But The food is bland, no salt no pepper. Ive never seen a asian or thai spot not season the food and they sell out. It looks good but doesnt taste good. Definitely not for the price. 25 for rice 2 plantain and 2 meat. Omo which kind naija dey chop this one. Na this u use represent naija.
