This is my new favorite smash burger because it was quality and not just an overly greasy gut bomb! Also the fries were so fresh and really hit the spot! We will be back

It was my first time I work just around the corner & I had the cowgirl double & OMG it was bombbbbb! The cheese was melted just right, the homemade bbq sauce was amazing, & I got some jalapeños as well. added the perfect hint of heat. I recommend trying. definitely will not disappoint!

Good, but massively overpriced. Tax and tip ~ $15 for a couple of 1/4 lb patties? Absurd. I assume this is owing to some astronomical rent being charged. Tasty if you can afford it I suppose.

This is another burger joint that we read about as one of the best burgers in L.A. The edges of the burger patty was thin and dry with a rubbery texture. This portion of the beef patty was off-putting. Once you got into the center of the burger it was more of a wet burger. Lots of diced onions on it. Had I known, I would have asked for less of them. The cheese was very melted and tasted and appeared like it came out of a jar of Cheese Whiz. The interior of the burger was mushy and one note in its flavor. The potato bun was fresh and a good choice for the bun. Fries were soggy and unseasoned. Didn't taste bad, but I like crispier fries. Fountain sodas were chilled, but no ice in the cups. I like ice in my drink even though I realize you get less soda product. Had I known, I would have asked for ice if it was available. Staff was friendly. Ambiance is casual and more takeout than sit down spot. Although, there are stools in the window that customers were sitting on waiting for their orders. Parking is metered street parking.

I would give a zero star if I could. For $20! You get a flavorless patty and fries. You're better off going to shake shack or in in out. Truly a let down, just avoid this place. Smh.

I love love love the cowgirl burger. It's the crispy edges for me! I've been back at least 4 times in the past two months. Customer service is on point too.

This place is pretty small. Two counters to eat inside. A few tables to eat outside. The burger was delicious! I went with the Cowgirl Burger, fries and Pepsi Zero. They only have about 5 burgers, but this one had BBQ sauce in it, so I was sold! The entire meal only set me back about $20. I love that all the burgers here are Double Patty. That's great for me since I love to eat. First time here, the woman at the counter was extremely helpful and recommended items from the menu. If the delicious burger doesn't fill you up, then the bountiful amount of crispy fries will! If you're ever in the Van Nuys area, like I happen to be, check this place out. Oh and NO MATTER what anyone says, there's NO Reverse Cowgirl on the secret menu.

10/10 service. Food was amazing. Burgers cooked to perfection. So happy to be at a lovely joint such as this

I've been trying smash burgers all over the place. They're a weird phenomenon and one suspects the trend will be over when all these so-called food "influencers" move on to the next thing. I think I'm going to become a food influencer and make videos of me eating in my car because everyone wants to see an old Jew eat in his car. Really, the world has gone mad when you think about it. Where was I? Oh yes, smash burgers. I enjoy them. They can't replace a great actual burger but they're amusing and taste fine. So, Wanna Smash came up on DoorDash and I came and read my fellow Yelpers' reviews and it sounded fine so I ordered a quickie. At my age, it's all quickies, if you get my meaning and I know you do. Anyway, I ordered the Quickie, it arrived pretty quickly, the quickie did, and I ate it quickly. I ordered an extra side of the sauce because, you know, I'm all about the sauce. The smash burger sauce from these places seems to basically be thousand island dressing, but I guess they don't want to say that. I'm glad I ordered the extra sauce but you should know there's an extra charge for the extra sauce and the extra sauce is in a teeny-tiny container, the smallest thing I've ever seen sauce come in. Come on, folks, if we're paying for extra sauce give us a reasonable amount of extra sauce. Anyway, the burger was very good and I enjoyed it. And those are my two centimes.
