Do not eat breakfast here. They make the eggs ahead of time and they taste like rubber. The stores in Santa Clarita stopped opening at 7:30am and went to 8am. They were seldom open at 7:30 anyway. Maybe open at 11am and stick to burgers. Dave Thomas must be turning in his grave.

Been going to this Wendy's for a 2-3 years, usually a couple, often a few times a week, mostly via drive through, but maybe once a month in doors. The food is on point and the staff whether day or night are always super friendly. I saw some bad google reviews and I dont know what they're talking about. This location is clean and popular and stays busy. Great tasting, reliable chain restaurant and great staff!

Absolute unadulterated unaddressed filth. Shoes glued to the floor by weeks of spilled drinks. Splattered filth all over. Homeless people using the drink dispensers freely and sitting inside eating food brought in. Dogs allowed inside with the homeless. Alarms sounding our entire visit from empty ice hoppers. This place can only be cleaned up with fire. Food was half passable half awful. Hamburger buns were days... Old rock hard. $14 for two Jr Bacon cheeseburgers small fry small drink medium frosty. Avoid this place at all costs!

I love how this Wendy's location is always so fast. When they have a collab like the SpongeBob or Takis collab never did I see it with a super long line and it is not that no people were going. These guys will get your order so fast I love it. Whoever the manager is their props 👏 for running your A team See you guys on your next collab.
Came here for a quick bit and got the chili cheese Fries and fries were soggy. They always have the music super loud in the dining room and say they can’t Lower it due to safety or they don’t have the ability

Bathroom urinal was clogged with paper and throw up. The door by the fountain drink the floor was sticky tables were not clean for was not mopped or bathroom and i was there for iver an hour also saw a homeless man walk in fill his ampm cup with soda and he also filled up his big thermal with soda and nobody told him anything eventhough theres a sign that says no refills from outside drinks

I’ve always preferred Wendy’s, and since locations are scarce near me, I consider it a rare treat. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disappointment.
The restaurant was filthy…sticky floors, dirty tables, grimy counters, and a drink station covered in standing water from a leaking ice machine. Instead of cleaning it, employees just placed cones in the puddle. I had to step in it to reach the drink machine, only to find no ice and most beverages unavailable. The only Diet Coke was syrupy, so I had to ask an employee to fill my cup behind the counter.
The food was just as bad. My Dave’s Double was dry, flavorless, and barely warm, with cold cheese and an unripe tomato. The fries were lukewarm and inedible. I was looking forward to trying the new Thin Mint Frosty, but they only had vanilla.
All of this for nearly $14? I won’t be returning to this location, and this experience has me rethinking Wendy’s altogether.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Food looks and tastes like it's been sitting for an hour. The fries I just received were practically chips they were so stale (they looked like curly fries). The frostys they gave me were 80% liquid. This location needs a reality show level turn-around.

I went through the drive-thru and the the person over the announcement, server and cash out sucks I didn't get his/her name This person was looking all in my car hanging out the drive-thru window. This person needs to be fired or go through training again. sorry you was having a bad day but you took it out on your guest and that's not cool. Everyone should avoid this Wendy's until they get new staff or start training this staff again... DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING MISTREATED..
