Says 3.20 for bagel and cream cheese online... I drive 20 minutes to spot and price says $5 ...star bucks isn't even $5 ...👎🏻. Im never coming back(i didn't buy anything and left).

Ordered a couple bagels to take home and when I cut into one it had small hairs baked inside the bread itself. Unfortunately we had already eaten some so who knows if any of the others had any. Tried calling but they told me they'd get someone on the phone and hung up after a minute. I normally really like this place but this was unfortunately one of those moments where you can't help but feel disgusted.

Last Saturday I took my girlfriend to western bagel factory. I thought since it was the factory the quality of the bagels would be superior. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with onion cheese. She ordered the Pizza cheese jalapeño bagel. After we got our order, she took one bite of her bagel and spit it in a napkin. she was then mad at me the whole day!! Thanks western bagel, for ruining my Saturday.

Luckily they had onion bagels but they were out of cinnamon raisin they were out of cinnamon bagels we've never had that issue before they told us we had to come early they ran out of everything We live far in OC
This is a long-time business in Los Angeles. Great bagels and sandwiches. Try their great coffee. Very reasonably priced. They have been in business since 1947.
