I was there for the TMobile Tuesday promo and the manager went to the back and never came back after blowing me off. She even tried to tell me that it expired, when it expires tomorrow!! The lady that was helping me was so rude! I will make sure that no one that I know will be going to this location! This was the worst service that I've had in decades!! Their rating is low because they are horrible!!!

I had a horrible experience ordering food through Wing Stop's portal, which uses DoorDash for delivery. Despite receiving a text message saying my food had been handed off to me, I never received it. The driver's number was fake, and Wing Stop and DoorDash's customer service were unhelpful.

If I could give this Wingstop 1 Star I would. Completely disorganized and confused staff. They can’t figure out weather to help the customers who been waiting in line or the the doorDash driver who just walked in sticking their phones in their faces demanding an order 😂 The wait time for 8 lemon pepper wings is 1hour no exaggeration! And the cherry on top is that they never can get your order right they will always mess up a simple order.

The biggest joke in Van Nuys, food never tastes fresh. The workers will always lie to non Latino guests about the wait time. For any other race it will be a 50min to 1hr 30 min wait. For 8 wings? They must be drunk. But for any Mexican it will be 10-20min wait? Come watch the circus as they run around unorganized raffling off who the help next instead of going by who’s next in line!

If you’re not latino, will need to wait after you ordered until all latinos will be served . I couldn’t imagine this racists still exist in this country. Also cashier is lying about merchandise not working so you pay cash. Everybody alse (latinos) can pay credit card, it work for them. Sucksss
They tell you food will take 18-20 min and then have you wait an hour to get your food. Just tell me thats the wait time to start with so I don’t wait . Ridiculous!

I placed an Online Order and I accidentally messed up my order and substituted an item by mistake but Frances was amazing and helped me out no problem with that ! When I walked in she was so welcoming and greeted with a smile. She’s so positive, outgoing, and overall has great energy. Thank you! ☺️
