The team that works the second shift on Sundays are passive aggressive and slackers. If you're well off and order online this won't affect you 🙄 but if you enjoy dinning in, prepare to wait as long as you would at a dine in restaurant without the waiters, because the waiter will be you!!! Go to the Yoshinoya at Woodman and Reseda. Better service.

I ordered two combos and the food already served on the plate did not look like the photo, it looked like they mixed it up with the rice and vegetables, it was just a mess.👎👎👎

This is the worst quality franchisee. My family goes to other ones.

It's just disgusting, the chicken has a rotten taste, gyoza was not served in my order, there are practically no shrimps in the temprura shrimps. I will never enter this place again in my life.

The food plate was super empty, the rice didn't even cover the bottom of the container, the vegetables were a few pieces, and the chicken, omg, was also a few pieces. I won't buy there again at the Van Nuys Blvd.

I have never experienced food service like this in the 25+ years as a chef and business owner. I came here to the restaurant at 6562 van nuys blvd in van nuys. I was craving the beef and teriyaki chicken that you see in the pictures. I even bought 2 chicken bowls for my 3yr old and 9yr old. Only come to find out that the vegetables clearly had mold. The chicken was undercooked and the other bowl was separated and incomplete. This exactly how they serve it. I was sooo grossed out.. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE...my family will never eat yoshinoya again..

the cashiers have always been polite and patient the few times I have visited. Food was tasty. Restrooms require a keypad code to enter. They've started offering chicken which I happen to enjoy.
