I had a Wedding Ceremony that I needed catering for on short notice on Nov. 16. I called Matt on Nov. 13 and told him my situation and he said to not to worry and place my order and everything will be taken care of. I thought I could pick up all the food the morning of the Wedding while I was running all my errands for the ceremony. It wasn't until the next day that I realized if I did do that the food will not be hot and warm for all the guests. So, as soon as I get off work around 6PM or 7PM I call Matt and let him know the error I made and would like to place that order for delivery instead of pick up. He said that it wouldn't be a problem and emailed me a new receipt for the changes. I thought I would be charged again or maybe the first order would be cancelled and refunded to my card. So, I asked him that question and he told me that he doesn't charge the order until the day off the event. Just in case his customers need to change or add things or if things like this happens they can make their corrections and not worry about being charged double. For that he is my Champion! He took all the worries and stress from my mind and left me relieved that everything would be taken care of. The day of the wedding the delivery driver arrived on time for the reception and all the food was hot and ready. I wish I had taken photos of all the food but we just started handing out food and eating. It was all delicious. I'm not even a fan of broccoli but that broccoli pesto pasta was just amazing. I had a large plate full of that so I can get my vegetables for the day. The three cheese mushroom lasagna was out of this world! Simply amazing and delicious. The chicken was also a group favorite from everyone at the wedding reception. I'm only sad that I didn't order enough for seconds, the food went by quick and everyone was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Zach's Catering. Matt made everything simple and easy. He even went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and helped me out when I needed it the most. Truly a one of kind person and solid Caterer. Next time I'm having something catered I will definitely go back to Matt and get it done with Zach's Catering.
