This was my first time at a Zankou's and color me impressed by their delightful falafel wrap and tabouleh! the falafel pieces were chunky, crunchy, and satisfying contrasted with the bright and fresh tabouleh. the staff were attentive and patient as I looked over the menu to order. the one thing that was very jarring was how bright the interior was (it was nighttime, so quite dark outside). the lights hurt my eyes a bit, but didnt entirely detract from the experience! I'd come again, but maybe for takeout 😅

Everything fresh and good.

I’m writing this both on Google and Yelp in the hopes management sees this. First off the food was amazing, and the gentlemen working the front counter are always sweet. However, the woman in red with glasses, just always seems lost and appears to stress everyone out. One instance she yelled at one of the gentleman in yellow, which is not okay whatsoever in a work environment. I meant to write this review sooner, but it seems nothing is being done about her behavior.

Again, food and service was amazing. Sucks I have to write a review like this.

I can’t say enough good things about Zankou. The food is prepared in a healthy way with plenty of deliciousness cooked right in. I usually get the chicken tarna, and this visit was no exception . Yum, yum!!

This location, like all the rest, is clean, has friendly staff, and serves their meals quickly. My one complaint is that there isn’t a location by me in the South Bay, but I hear they are opening one.

I occasionally get Zankou cravings, and I’m so glad they are around.

This Mediterranean restaurant is fantastic! The chicken is flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the sauces add amazing taste to every dish. The menu has a great variety, including fresh sides and wraps. Staff is friendly and service is fast, making the experience enjoyable whether dining in or taking out. The portions are generous, and the food always leaves you satisfied. Definitely a top spot for delicious Mediterranean food.

I ordered beef shavurma plateI, I don't like when they put salad and then on top of that meat,so it will look like there is plenty of meat but it's not, With drink it cost me Almost $23

Super pricey now. For one shawarma thats wrapped in a standard pita size for $14. You gulp it down in 5 min, it hardly fills you up. They should use laffa bread instead. And the portions on the plates have decremented a bit as well. I guess inflation is really taking its toll. I used go to Zankou at least 3 times a month. But this was a few years back.
