Their food is delicious and consistently good. My reason for 2 stars is the portion size has become shockingly small. We had the chicken Tarna plate which was $16.99 and the chicken Tarna wrap $9.49 before tax and tip. I have no issue paying $17 for a plate but when I looked at it, the chicken didn't even cover the entire bottom of the plate. Perhaps it's shrinkflation or perhaps it's the cost of employees making $20 an hour now which is passed on to the consumer. Additionally, the pickled turnips were dreadful. They had no taste and they were soggy, unlike anything I've ever had from there before.

everything is good here. the chicken is always amazing. will be back again
This was the first time I had been to the new location. It is beautiful. Especially in comparison to the old place. It's bright and airy, and the high ceiling makes it feel very comfortable. When I ordered online, it was very convenient. I didn't check the bag, though. I got home, and the falafel wrap was missing. I called and told them that. Miriam was very nice because I told her I was in the South Bay. She said that was fine and I could pick it up the next day! I did, and it was great.Vegetarian options: I'm not sure if they are strictly vegetarian options. However, if that's what you're looking for, you can definitely find some satisfying dishes.
This new location is the best out of all the Zankou restaurants. Quality of food is amazing as well.

Great Restaurant!!! We recently visited and had an issue with our order.I was assisted by the General Manager Bryan Palafox. He was so apologetic and got our order right. His level of customer service was unmatched. He went above and beyond.

The chicken is good, but honestly not that different to justify the price. Great lamb donner/shawarma though! The garlic sauce lives up to its reputation and the service is fantastic. The inside is large, well lit and clean. Parking is plentiful. Great to grab a quick Mediterranean bite but best as an inspiration to stop by Costco more and just load up on their garlic sauce here

The food is delish, sauces are on point - I was impressed! Now the service could use some re-training! The person that took our orders wasn't helpful at all. We just happen to have someone with us who eats here often and is familiar with the freebies. It would've been nice if the counter person had asked if it was our first time, then gone on to explain the menu and how the sides worked. All in all I would return but to a different location.
