I ordered the number 3 Bacon King Meal today, bacon and cheese only using the drive through, I should have checked while I was there but I got back to work and it had ketchup and mayo on it. I drove back to Burger King walked into the lobby and spoke to Bryan. Told him my order was incorrect, he apologized multiple times and requested the staff to make a new burger. They had that burger ready in 10 seconds flat, gave me fries and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I appreciate everyone that works there, it is extremely busy during lunch, the drive through is packed and the lobby is full. Thank you all for your hard work and what you do!

The food is good, but they are so slow. The building is brand new and the food is always very tasty, (I like the macaroni bites and rodeo burger). Drive through can be slow, but it’s still faster than a food truck or eating in the bx.

I ordered a whopper meal with a pack of cookies in the drive thru. The lady who took my order was very nice and fast. A little too fast because they only gave me the meal I didn’t have my cookies. 😅 So I went inside and asked if I could have my cookies. They were so kind and apologetic and said they were sorry and gave me an extra pack.

I am very displeased with the service, food, and attitude from this establishment. I sent my wife to get me and my 3 other Wingmen food cause we’re working. I told her what to get and what to say and they still messed up my order. Not only that but they also shorted me fries completely(see picture) and no they didn’t fall on bag. Not only that but when i called the Assistant Manager Brian decided to talk crap about how my wife ordered it. Blamed it on my wife about everything. Couldn’t take a glimpse of responsibility. He was rude and inappropriate with me and my wife in the way of the customer is always right. I used to be a manager at a burger king in Arizona. And why argue with the customer. Just give them what they want and make both parties happy. I know for a fact that the waste in every store makes up for the 3 burgers and 3 fries. Very disappointing establishment. I do expect to get either a refund or my order made properly.

Ordered food in drive thru, they forgot what we ordered and then took 7 more orders while trying to find mine, sat there for 20 minutes trying to find my order before they ask me what I ordered. Honestly they are stupid and shouldn't be working there horrible service. Will never be back.

Extremely rude old lady who works here. Would repeatedly condescendingly ask me the same questions when I would briefly pause to answer her questions about options on what I wanted, glared at me, made little rude passive aggressive comments. Was also rude to the older gentleman that came in after me. She made it her job to ruin customer’s moods. Also got my order wrong, which has happened before and I don’t care about except for this case because it’s the cherry on top.

The old woman in black working suit gave me that impatient facial expressions whenever I visit with the coupon. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR CUSTOMERS TO USE YOUR COUPONS, THEN DON'T DISTRIBUTE THEM TO US. IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE SUPPORT BK'S COUPONS AND JOBS, THEN QUIT. WE DON'T HAVE TO EAT BK ANYMORE. AND SHE ONLY SMILES TO PEOPLE PURCHASING WITHOUT COUPONS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
