I was dealing with a very stressful situation involving a fraud charge on my debit card, and while I’ve already been in touch with corporate about the issue itself, I needed to publicly thank Emry for her help. She went above and beyond to assist me. She didn't hesitate to help me dig into the transaction and was able to print the specific receipt from when the charge was made. This allowed me to verify some crucial details I needed to fight the fraud. Her professionalism was unmatched; she was patient, kind, and willing to help me no matter what. I recently got food poisoning from ordering the chicken bacon pizza from this place. I’m 6 months pregnant so it was not fun. I contemplated on making this post but for the sake of others health. Confronting the issue i believe the manager Jaqueline needs to do better not only as a manager but considerate of other people’s health rather than telling workers to change the date on expired product and make it seem fresh when it is not. She needs to be by fired and charged because she is playing with peoples health because she is a lazy horrible worker and only cares about herself

I've ordered from this location twice. It's in the bx and pickup is a breeze even when the bx is closed. I ordered the new garlic stuffed crust and it was great! Previously I ordered the Brooklyn style and I'm pretty sure they made a thin crust instead. No sweat though, the new pizza made up for it. Unfortunately I couldn't get them to deliver to lodging. The service was great and the prep area is very clean. Overall I give this location a 4 out of 5.

Solid overall for a Dominos. Can’t go wrong with this location. Delivery to the dorms is always solid and you definitely cant go wrong with carry-out here. Don’t sleep on the online deals for pickup!

Delivery is awful. Truly impressively horrendous. I cant make delivery instructions any clearer than there is a baby sleeping, not to knock or ring the bell, and to text or call for delivery with the number listed. Its the same older man every time that cannot follow the simplest of instructions. After multiple attempts to make the instructions more clear, I finally had to call the store and ask them nicely to show him where to find delivery instructions on the receipt. Did that work? Big fat NOPE. Did my baby wake up the second he rang the door bell? Bigger, fatter, YEP.

They put an olive on pizzas for no good reason. They get orders wrong constantly. They don't make it right after getting orders wrong.

This location has always been the best that I’ve ever been to. They’re food is perfectly prepared every time and their staff is amazing. Tonight, I ordered delivery under certain circumstances. I am on bed rest and completely unable to walk or sit up for that matter due to a pelvic injury and currently have nobody around to help me. Daniel was my delivery driver and he came inside to deliver my food to me on my couch. I know it’s nothing crazy but it meant the world to me. Thank you Daniel, and thank you Domino’s Community Loop, Vandenberg!!
