15 min for closing, waited over 10 minutes, nobody showed. When she finally came she was closing and got no coffee. She said she is entitled for her break and there is nothing she can do, customers are not her problem. Think about going extra there knowing it's one of the few places what is still open st this hour. Yet you have also no time to go elsewhere as everyone else also closing at 8pm. They should really change the opening hours if they don't mansge to have people there

Painful slow service at food counter. Queue jumpers served first. We left without making a purchase and bought sushi along the street. And found a great independent restaurant in the process

They have Chica’s Tacos inside this location. Worth a try!

Great coffee and beignets. Worth checking out. Dont wait in to go line, usually tables available. Quick service. Sit, enjoy and watch the crowd.

I was already stressed with my work, so I decided to visit one of the coffee shops near my place, but this shop captivated me. The place was very clean, stylish, and modern to look at. When I already inside, the waiter and the waitress entertained me very well. Besides, the coffee that they served to me tastes delicious as I expected. I greatly loved to visit here again and again. It was a relaxing place!

Being from Georgia, I'm used to Piggly Wiggly and Food Lion complete with 1960s flooring and decor - in 2010. If your cashier wasn't missing all her teeth it was a bonus because you could understand the conversation with her!So. . . . fast forward to hubby and I moving out here to Los Angeles, and this is the first Whole Foods we stop at. It was a true Oprah, "Ah HA!" What have I been missing? Soooo fancy! One thing that was really eye opening for me was the variety of vegan, organic, gluten free, and low FODMAP items. Being from the south, I was used to three major food groups: Bacon, Bacon and more Bacon. What are these "meatless meatballs"? And "Memories Of Butter?" We laughed our heads off when crossing paths with these items that were clearly offenses against all of humanity. "Who would eat this?!" we muttered to each other. Well, 10 years later and we are allll about many of these fantastic items - including the exact ones listed below. It's truly a nice place to explore the diverse food options (prepared and otherwise).I'm sad that during COVID there are not as many prepared foods or self serve salad bars; however, I completely understand the precautions needed to ensure the safety of staff and customers. And during these times, I'm amazed with the safety measures that cashiers take before and after each customer leaves the check out area. Other than some harried parking situations, our visits here are pretty should I say, exciting?! I STILL laugh at some of the vegan options, and then of course I try them! Produce is fantastic! Non food items including home made soaps are also fun to smell, buy, and try. I'm loving the orange and almond flavors presently. And the customer service and generous return policy have always been excellent. Finally, if we are in the mood for bacon (not since watching Cowspiracy and Forks Over Knives), there's always Smokehouse BBQ Potato Chips in the shape of bacon. This is my fave WF location and its actually sort of ruined the other Whole Foods in the area for me.

In a short span of ten minutes this evening, I witnessed three people in the store with their masks pulled off partially, or entirely. One customer casually ate a piece of pizza while standing in line and nobody said anything. Whole Foods needs to do a better job of protecting their employees and their customers. Hire extra security, put more measure in place, and make safety a top priority.

gF and I come here about once a month. We're both beer lovers, and Basin always has a large selection of beers. Their hot dog and hamburger are also A-mazingggg. But it CAN get very crowded on weekends from 6pm+. Service is always decent.

Completely apathetic employees skating by on their brand. Waited 30 minutes outside while nobody was allowed in, with no explanation by employees who were visibly annoyed when anyone asked a question

The guards in the parking lot will hassle and intimidate you so much before you even get into the store, do not shop here!! terrible Platinum Security.

(READ) My favorite whole foods... after quarantine and looting, we decided to go to whole foods and grab some pizza slices. We've been coming here for years and years...But last weekend is our last visit. Me, my kids kids and fiance decided to walk to whole foods and grab some pizza. At this point, we were excited. A feel of normalcy again after everything that happened. It was great inside! Staffs are always nice, helpful and friendly.Paid, came out to walk back home. My fiance (african american) was in front of us. I was pushing the stroller behind him. You would probably think we didnt know each other because I am not african american. As we walked out together with maybe 1 or 2 (non african american) other customers, the security guard came up to my fiance and asked for his receipt. I came up to them and smiled to see whats going on. No one has ever checked my receipt in whole foods so I was surprised. As I walked up, security noticed that we were together. He all of a sudden had a bright face asking "oooh pizza time!" I guess at that point he realized we were together and at this time in this world right now, it is kind of a wrong timing. After the protests and what not, he picked the wrong day to do it. We just smiled and walked our way. But with everyone who walked out the store with us, no one was asked. It may not be racism but it was wrong timing. As a security guard, his job to is protect the store. Meaning, look out for the countless of homeless in the area and black people. Thanks whole foods for the yummy goods. But your security guard made it very very uncomfortable during our last visit.

What is going on with this Venice whole foods? The employees are so rude! Like this women: Lucky omg Lucky too much attitude. She should be grateful to have job during covid19 quarantine, and treat costumers better!

This Whole Foods has everything you want. They have a fantastic assortment of fresh fish, chicken, duck, pork and beef. They also keep a very well stocked produce section. There are also a lot of other specialty item all through the store. I don't recognize a lot of the wines so I haven't tried any of them yet. During the coronavirus pandemic, they only let in patrons to a particular capacity. My impression is they're trying to keep me safe with social distancing and providing sanitary wipes when I come in. They also have a nice plastic screen between me and the checker. The staff does not appear to be overly friendly nor are they surly. I think they're under a lot of pressure trying to serve the community. I think they are doing their best under the circumstances. I think they need our encouragement and I feel blessed that they are there serving me as a customer.
