What a hidden gem! I was driving back from a hike and in desperate need for some food and this place had been popping up on my yelp for awhile. I decided to try it and I am so happy I did. Everything tasted so fresh and the flavor in the chicken Banh Mi was out of this world. The place can be little tricky to find since Google maps has an old image of the plaza but it wasn't to hard to find it once we got there and walked around a little.

2 banh mi and 2 drinks for $61 dollars...They posted a sign saying their price increased but they did not update it on their menu. the banh mi had no prices listed next to it. Drinks was listed as $6.75 but I was charged $8. Obviously it did not reflect the price change. Prices are not reasonable, food was ok only. Would not recommend.

The way you guys slice your jalapenos is absolutely insane, you do it length-wise into fat strips instead of perpendicular into thin disks (like everybody else). All of the very spicy seeds are densely packed in the center, so each of your sandwiches have a pocket or two of EXTREMELY spicy landmines. Aside from that, the sandwiches are on the small side considering the prices & expect a ton of mayo.

Got the loaded Banh Fries! They were $16 and for the price they were on the smaller size but besides that , it was pretty good! The fries were perfectly crispy, the meat was very tender and even the sauce compliment the dish by adding an extra tang. :3

I love the pizza here, probably the best pizza in Los Angeles. My local pizza joint changed after Covid. So this is my new go to spot for pizza. The lemonade is also very good. It is worth the drive for me. Next time I will try their banh mi.

1 word AUTHENTIC, outta this world flavor plus super friendly customer service. My fave is the classic with any ice tea to pair. Must try in LA

Several good vegan options from this unexpecting food stand on the boardwalk. The butterfly tea, fried rice, and veggie rolls were all good. Friendly staff, minimal wait, and hearty portion sizes. The pizza place they share a space with is also really good - would definitely recommend ordering from both places.

Amazing food, amazing service! Not many good spots on the boardwalk but this is a hidden gem. Fries are out of this world and banh mi is refreshing and sauce is highly recommend their boba!

Service is always fast. Bahn Mi are usually good and I've tried them all from classic to BBQ to chicken etc. but the quality has gone down the last 5 months. The Bahn Mi have way less meat than they used too and are drowning in sauce. And fries? For the bargain price of $7.00 you can get an order of fries in a box no bigger than a can of beer, that isn't even full, and that is over cooked in week old grease. Ruining a good thing over there. The fries used to be the jam.

Had margarita pizza and pork belly sandwich, hands down both were the best Ive ever tried. Will have to drop by here whenever I visit Venice beach.
