First off, Brabu is on Resy if you'd like to make a quick reservation. Parking is adjacent to the cafe, in the large lot on the beach off of Washington Blvd. Coming to Brabu on my own with friends vs coming for a Yelp perk were like complete night and day. For the perk: we got the full, VIP experience. I've always been seated quickly, and the two times I've come during the lunch hour on a weekend, it's been fairly empty. I was in a group of three and we were seated at a table by the window that was small really built for two, so our orders were on top of each other (literally)! The waitress let us be for awhile, and was forgetful when we asked for utensils after we got our waters. The food is excellent - potato fries to start before I got my protein with a delicious Angus Burger, and my friends enjoyed the Goat pizza which I've had before - lots of arugula but delicious, as well as a pasta. All in all, Brabu is a great place to take your out of town guests as I have, but if you live across town as I do, I wouldn't make an extra trip. Only if I was in the neighborhood.

Delicious food, my son and his friend got the cotton candy pizza, you need to pre order that ahead of time! I got the empanadas, a incredible salmon dish and grilled octopus Service was excellent

Wowie, the best place to watch the sunset, enjoy some sparkling wine and the food was too pretty to eat and I ate it all.. even the plate. Almost! Mia our receptionist, hostess and greeter had the best smile and the owner/chef was friendly AF..

Cute little restaurant in Venice overlooking the beach. They have been running this promotion where if you check in they give you a free drink no strings attached. The prices are higher but still not on par with some other beach restaurants. Beer is I think $7 or something. Service is ok. Outside seating area is 4 or 5 tables and there's more tables inside. They just opened and looking for new customers.

The quality of food and service was below my expectations. Also, there was a lipstick on the glass. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Came out from Vegas to visit my family and they took me here. I don't usually bother writing reviews but we noticed that the place was empty and honestly it does deserve your attention. Service was great, food was great (pizza was ok), view was great. Would come again.

Honestly, not the best. Pizza was ok, did like the peppers. But the ambiance was diner like and the wine/beer list was tragic.

Will definitely go back! Overlooking the ocean, this place has a wide selection of pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. We had the chicken sandwich, lemon grilled chicken and green cavatelli. Every item was delicious! The service was courteous and quick.

Was overpriced and sort of gimmicky. ($3,000 for gold pizza). Service was great, but the food was just...ok Wouldn't go back, money spent better somewhere else and you have a lot of options around here. I'll be surprised if this place makes it through the end of the year.

We really wanted to enjoy this place. The pizza was good… but it is pretty expensive for what you get. 8 inch pizza for $20… And I paid for a salad and this is what I got…. The menu says it should have greens. Very disappointed.

This a cute little spot right off the boardwalk with views of the beach. The inside is really cute, with great service. Everything we had was delicious! We can’t wait to go back.

The food was decent, the service was less than. Our server was friendly, polite and attentive in the beginning. After our food was delivered, she never checked on us again. We could have used more water and plates could have been cleared. We had to flag her down for the check. My husband ordered the Lemon Roasted Chicken and enjoyed it. I ordered the Watermelon Salad which was also good (the one thing I would critique about the salad was the pieces of watermelon and feta were too large and the mango wasn't ripe). The truffle fettuccine was okay (nothing special really and there wasn't a strong flavor), definitely not worth $30.

The King Salmon with Mango salsa, purple mashed potatoes with miso sauce. Highly recommend Brabu for the fantastic food, atmosphere and fantastic customer service. My only complaint is my drive back to orange county.

The service here was lovely. For a Saturday night sunset dinner, the proximity to the beach was wonderful! We were sat immediately on the patio. We felt the food was so-so. Not bad, but probably not something we would recommend. We had the grilled octopus. It was a little undercooked for my liking with a basic spicy mayo drizzle on top. The steak was ok, it could have used a healthy sprinkle of flaky sea salt. It was a small cut, but since we shared a few dishes it was a nice size. The green cavatelli was my personal favorite dish. The pasta tasted really fresh, and I loved the peas in it. It was definitely the most tasty dish we had. Overall, I'm happy to see a nice business open in our neighborhood. This probably wouldn't be the first restaurant in Venice I would recommend for dinner, but if you find yourself here try the pasta!
