El servicio fue bueno y el sitio era muy agradable. Aún así, nos pareció un poco caro.
Yo soy fuerte, really nice dish! Tasty, the salsa is very nice.
The Mushroom Waffle had a nice crispiness to it, but the lion’s mane mushroom could have used a few more minutes on the heat. It still had a bit of that raw mushroom aroma, which suggested it wasn’t fully cooked through. Not a dealbreaker, but a small tweak would have made a big difference. The Omelette was excellent—light, flavorful, and well-executed. The pesto added just the right balance, complementing the dish rather than overpowering it. The potatoes, on the other hand, were a bit too oily. A lighter touch with the oil would have made them more enjoyable without sacrificing flavor. As for the Coffee, it leaned slightly bitter but was still rich and satisfying. Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely return.
Had an amazing time here ! I am vegan and my cousin is GF and they had some many great options ! The food is very mindful and very demure. We had great service from Adolfo and Beyoncé ! They are great servers and added to the beautiful experience. We loved it so much , we came for brunch and dinner ! Highly recommended Updated from previous review on 2025-03-18
A bit pricey for what it is, but the food is quite good! Wouldn’t go here all the time, but I’m glad this is here. Also I wish they would take honey off their menu so that this place could be fully vegan >_ Updated from previous review on 2025-02-16
Always enjoy my meals at cafe gratitude. I ordered the I Am Great breakfast sandwich and enjoyed it. #Veganuary
I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The food was okay, nothing to rave about really. But when I paid, I gave the waiter a large bill since that was the only cash I had on me. He came back with what I naturally thought were my change. I left the place, and as I was walking away, I thought I heard someone behind me say, "Was that it?" I thought maybe they didn't think I'd left enough tip for them. I was stopped as I was about to cross the street, the worker told me I had left without paying. I pointed in the window and said, "I just paid that guy over there." It turned out that the man gave me all my money back split it into smaller bills, without saying a word to me about it? (probably because of their stupid tipping culture 🙄). WHO DOES THAT and also doesn't say anything?! Since I didn’t order that much, I didn’t even realize I had been given all my money back. I was kinda left with a feeling of being accused of stealing. It was an really embarrassing experience for me to be shouted back to the restaurant and have people looking weird at me, which could have been avoided in the first place -if the man had either informed me of his little stunt or just returned my change as normal! So I could leave those cash as a tip. Updated from previous review on 2025-01-04
For what you get it is not worth the price. It tasted very bland and my French toast was completely soaked
Kind and timely service! I really appreciate how zen the atmosphere is whenever I'm at a Café Gratitude location and how they often send rewards to those on their email list. Will always return for a 'I Am Beautiful' drink and warm cinnamon roll.

Even my Omni foodie siblings loved everything. It’s incredible. The crunch wrap supreme was a big, big hit. Also loved the soba noodle salad and the Hawaiian pizza, and the I am cleansed salad. sorry I don’t have pictures, we dove right in and it was all gone before we knew it. My only regret is not getting back there before we had to leave Santa Monica! Hope to get back here one day soon? Just an update, came back when in town October 2024. Still amazing. The mushroom pizza (not pictured) was especially excellent! Updated from previous review on 2023-08-06

I am Whole This is my second visit to a Cafe Gratitude in LA, first was in Larchmont so was wanting to experience Venice Beach. Lovely space, friendly staff and a huge menu that would bring you back week after week. I had a Matcha Tahini Latte and I am whole, macrobiotic bowl. So so good.
If you want to eat delicious, healing food in a high vibing atmosphere, you've found the place! You can taste the love put into the food! The staff were so sweet and kind! I will be back just for the medical medium healing foods and drinks! What a gem of a restaurant!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, kid friendly. They have a, patio that usually accommodates dogs. Call to make sure.

We returned for dine in and it was great! Edited to give them 5 stars!
Service is so kind and welcoming. Ordering with gratitudes off the menu was a cute touch. The food was delicious. We had the I Am Hearty (scramble breakfast bowl) and a bowl off the limited time menu (can’t remember) but the real winner was the I Am Bella (buratta in marinara). Make sure you try that one!
Cute vegan cafe with good food and great atmosphere. The breakfast wrap with smashed potatoes was really good. The Caesar wrap was also good. Price is a bit expensive but not outrageous. Would recommend.

Other places might have better food, but the variety, atmosphere and healthier options make me wish I could eat here everyday
This place is awesome! I love the name of the dishes, the taste of the dishes, their amazing and nurturing teas, the impecable service, their desserts… I can go on! I ordered the chai latte (it was great for me but if you like your tea on the sweeter side, you should get some honey) I also had the burrito, very delish and filling and a pistachio bonbon (to die for). I highly recommend these dishes, this place, this vibe!
