Maddie was amazing! She is so kind and had a friendly/positive attitude. She took her time with our order and offered service with a smile. We did wait for a while but talking to Maddie made it seem so quick. I love Calif Chicken Cafe and this made me love it even more. Will be coming back to this location soon!

I ate at the CCC in Encino. I was surprised at how good it was. The rotisserie chicken had a tasty, crispy, well salted skin and the white meat was juicy, not dry like most others. The sides were fantastic- The potatoes seasoned with fresh herbs we a delight and super cravable, their basmati rice is something special in the rice category- Most chicken shoppes just have mediocre rice, not this place, you can tell they take great pride in everything they do, down to the last detail. even their salsas are kick ass- The green charred one is my favorite but I also like their red salsa which I think has some pickled vegetables in it. The service was outstanding, I dont know how they get oredrs out soo fast, but they are able to. The ambiance is not much because they dont offewr dine-in service. They do have virtual drive through if you use their app or website, you can place your order then you just pull up in front of the on Ventura blvd and they will run your order out to you, even faster than El Pollo Loco. And tastier.

The food is really good-I ordered on the phone due to me (Older) having trouble on line. Sivino helped me 100%, what a nice man. The neat thing is they bring to your car out front of the resturant. So convenient, specially when its raining. :)
I love the chicken Caesar wrap. It was my first time trying them and I was randomly craving a Cesar wrap and they did not disappoint. Not too mention the drive up feature they have and they come straight to your car. The whole experience was cool

They have EXCELLENT customer service, recommended the best food off the menu and was overall a huge help and delight to be service by. 10 out of 10 service and I will most definitely return !
