Super fun and lively vibe and incredibly nice staff. Patio is dog friendly which is a major plus. Honestly my favorite thing about this restaurant is the tortilla they give you when you sit down - none of the food I've ordered has measured up to that level of deliciousness! That said it's all been solid and would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Casablanca is located in Venice and has delicious and authentic Mexican and seafood dishes. Walking in feels like walking into the movie set in Morocco. They have a margarita cart that goes to your table. The portion sizes are huge so you get a great value for what you pay. We ordered the shrimp and fish ceviche to start beef crispy tacos and my personal favorite: the chicken fajitas. Our server was kind of slow and didn't check in on us, but besides that, I enjoyed my experience very much. The showstopper was definitely their handmade flower tortillas that tasted like any other.

Have not been here in 10 years. Service was friendly - came back tonight- there was a blue rubber band in the salsa - almost chocked on it. Got a flan to make up for it. 2 beers two margaritas - one side over 95 dollars…. People were nice but that was unacceptable considering there was a large rubber band in the salsa (waiter said it was from the cilantro and laughed). Would not have written about it but was shocked to pay 95.00 bill plus tip.

Fantastic place! Definitely try out the tequila cart. Superb Margaritas!! The Casablanca nostalgia throughout the restaurant was very interesting. The fresh made tortillas helped make the burritos extremely tasty!!!

I was very very disappointed with the service I received this day. I have been coming to this place for a long time on and off. I know that most of the waiter have been working there for a long time but the fact the we felt rushed, dishes pulled from are hands was very disgusting. Overall a good place to eat but keep in mind if your waiter if having a bad day .... well you know?♀️

This is the place to meet your friends or take a date. Fun and lively ambiance but not so loud you can't have a nice conversation. Homemade tortillas and a mobile margarita cart add to the experience, as do the secluded circular side booths for dinner and viewing of the crowd and tortilla making. Lots of Bogie and Casablanca memorabilia. A great LA place.
The place claims to have the "world's" famous best Calimare steak that was not fresh but pounded so thin it tasted like rubber. Then within 3 hours we both had stomach cramps & diarrhea for 24 hours. It also looked like it was pre-made bc we were served within 10 minutes after ordering especially since it was semi-warm. The servers were on "rote" where rushing the service was their first priority.
