The lunch cashier guy wouldn't stop raving about the Beef Brisket.. so I ordered it ..it was like chewing on a shoe between stale bread... why bother being open . I took 2 bites and left the place. Adios

Super duber FRESHLY PREPARED FOOD, great tasting Taco's. Great open attitude of the server and bartender willing made me a personalized margaritas. I will most definitely return and recommend.

I’m sorry to have to say this but the food was quite disappointing and I don’t know how they’re going to last at this rate. Tamales were dry (and small), nachos came with a clump of hardened cheese and the ground beef was unseasoned chunks barely broken up. The salsas were also terrible tasting which is tragic for a Mexican restaurant. We also got the tacos and wish I could say they were decent but they were not much better. The high prices was just insult to injury. We will not be ordering again.

I'm beyond excited to have the staple back in the neighborhood. Oscar has out done himself yet again bringing together truly authentic Mexican sabor (flavor) with a slight modern twist. I recommend the Asada torta or mamas Baja fish tacos, in all reality you really can't go wrong with anything you order

Got tortas with my girlfriend. Eighteen bucks each. The bread was okay, not great. The food overall was bland and unremarkable. I would definitely recommend going to one of the vendors on the street over cerveteca. Not worth it to me

Drove by this place today, looked interesting so I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did. Had chicken enchiladas. They were made with green sauce and served with beans and rice. Soooo good. They serve beer and wine. I had a beer with my enchiladas, a Pacifico on draft, perfect! Will definitely be returning for more food and drinks.

First time visiting this location for take-out.Menu is full of staples for a Mexican restaurant, along with some LA classics, like the LA street dog. I had the carne asada bowl, and it came with a delicious grilled pepper. Their salsas are fire…literally lolIt felt as though I had just sat down when the food was ready, staff was totally on it. Thank you! There's a cool bar inside, along with open air seating in front and back. There were spooky decorations for Halloween I can't wait to return this weekend to grab some grub & drinks with friends

If you are in the mood for good Mexican food, Cerveteca is great Margaritas were good, asked for it not too sweet and that's what I got. We tried a few things, starting with their chips and quac. Chips not greasy cooked to perfection. Had flamed grilled carne asada taco, carne asada was juicy, seasoned well melted in my mouth. I added some extra quac on top because it was so good. The nachos with the meat!!! Beyond! We had the salmon bowl with brown rice , again just delicious. Wish I had more room in my stomach because everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked great and I wanted a taste! Up next I'm going back to try that breakfast burrito.
